This was the perfect place for our family. The trails at the house were some of our favorites! My son loved gravity zone! The house was the perfect size for us and we would definitely stay here again if and when we come back if it is available!

I loved this Vrbo. It is better in person than the photos. It was just my husband and I but this Vrbo would easily accommodate more people. It is the perfect place for anyone who wants to get out and enjoy those trails or sit and listen to the birds in the morning. It is close to Bentonville, Centerton and Rogers. I would stay here again.

Excellent place. Set up perfectly for your mountain bike vacation. Plenty of secure indoor bike storage, indoor bike shop stocked with tools, Comforable beds and furniture. Quiet neighborhood, and trailside location. Will stay here again.
