Loved the house. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! perfect for family meals. Huge Dining Room. Great central location between tahoe city and kings beach.

Great spacious home!

The house was just as advertised. Nice, clean, and comfortable home with everything we could have needed. Property was lovely to have coffee on the deck and location was near food and groceries. I loved this home.

A decent place

Limited amenities included for the price (no hand soap in bathrooms, one single dish washing pod). Location is close to Tahoe Vista but not really walkable. It was beautiful to sit outside in the back yard amongst the trees and little critters. Tahoe region is beautiful though would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Cozy spot!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Marina’s home. Even though she lives in the house when guests are not there, there was plenty of room for us to unpack and not worry that our belongings would be lost within the home. Quick summary of what stood out to us: The two bedrooms are on a single floor which is our kids preferred layout The kitchen is very well stocked. We were able to park our car in the garage which was super helpful given the major storm that passed through during our stay. The flat backyard was a safe place for our kids to play in the snow. Kings beach restaurants are a short drive away. Driveway was plowed and shoveled in a timely manner.

The house was clean and a nice stay. My only complaint is that the electric fireplace is advertised in the description and when you get to the house you are asked not to use it.

Amazing location by the Lake!

Great location right across from the lake with ample indoor and outdoor space! Marina was super helpful and responsive with check in and check out times. Would definitely stay again!

I was born and raised in Tahoe and bought this house in 2015. I work at the adaptive sports school at Alpine Meadows, and love living in Tahoe and enjoying the summer and winter recreation. I live in the house when it is not being rented, so it has everything you might want or need.

What makes this property unique

Located in a residential neighborhood in Tahoe Vista. Only 2 miles from downtown Kings Beach which offers a grocery store, shops, restaurants and beach access. Nearest beach access is less than 1 mile and easily walkable. 9 miles from Northstar Resort and 11 miles from Squaw/Alpine Resort.
