Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. If you have a larger car then you will need to use public street parking which is free within the 1 block radius.

The house looks exactly like the photos. Very clean. Easy walk to downtown - less than a mile. Having garage parking is a plus. Garage is a touch small so it is hard to get in and out. But overall 10/10 stay!

Very comfortable apartment in a nice location on Liberty Street. Within walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Perfect place for a visit to the Historic District. The garage parking is tight and really only accessible to a sub-compact car but street parking was fine and we were able to find a spot every night outside the unit or across the street. We recommended the place to other family members for a November stay later this year.

Exceptional Stay in All Regards

This was one of the best VRBO places we've ever stayed at! Great location, brand new condo with great furnishings, right in the historic district. It was so nice to lock our (smallish) SUV in the garage and not touch it our entire stay...we walked to everything. Savannah is a GREAT place to visit.

Cozy Get Away

My husband and I had a great time at this property. We didn’t feel like we were missing comforts of home you may have in a rental. It is a short walk to neighboring cafes and restaurants and about 20 min from Broughton and River St areas. Check in and out was easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Savannah.

Beautiful Apartment in a Wonderful Location

The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. We used the hop-on, hop-off bus to see the sites and get around the historic district. There was a bus stop a few blocks away from our apartment, so it made travel easy. We enjoyed our time there and would rent again next time we visit Savannah.

40th wedding anniversary trip.

Overall it was a great trip. There was one night the tenants upstairs were being really rowdy but other than that everything was perfect! Really enjoyed having a garage to put the car in. Great location. Walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Best Vacation

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this apartment for a few days and loved every bit of it! It was located in a good area, and within walking distance to much of anything we wanted to do. Our only complaint would be being on the bottom floor and the people above could be noisy at times. The Chevy equinox was too big for the garage but it was easy to get a spot in front of the building! These two things wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Thank you Mary for being so good to us!

lovely stay

excellent location, walking distance to so many things, beautiful, clean, bright and spacious. very cozy. had everything you could need, electric kettle, blender, all the things for cooking/baking. They thought of everything. We had a fabulous time over thanksgiving.The only complaint was that it sounds like the people upstairs are doing jumping jacks all day ha! I think it's just the case in these old houses that you hear every step someone takes upstairs. it didn't bother me much b/c we were out and about all day but if you're sensitive to noises it might bother you. The pros definitely outweigh that one con and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Anniversary Celebration in Savannah

The communication with the property manager was excellent. Prior to our stay and even when we were a bit lost trying to find the actual VRBO and not the garage for the apartment. A few notes, the coffee maker requires coffee pods, not actual granular coffee. The towels need to be replaced, they had an odd smell to them even after I washed them ourselves. After you flush the toilet, it makes a loud sound. And depending on who rents upstairs, it can be noisy and you will hear footsteps, etc. Overall, it was an amazing little VRBO that we make lasting memories. We have recommended this VRBO to our friends should they ever visit Savannah. We walked every square inch of the city and enjoyed all of the diversity that it offers.

So cute and so clean!!

My 82 yr old mom and I spent two nights in this cute apartment. It was SO clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We weren't sure what kind of coffee pot they had so we didn't bring pods. To our surprise they had a couple days of complementary pods available. Did I mention how clean it was? I walked around barefooted in the apartment the whole time. So clean. The location is about .5 to .6 miles away from most things you might want to see. Mom and I walked to River Street and then home again later in the day. We also walked to dinner one night. My mom had to stop and rest a couple of times (she is a very healthy 82) but she made all the walks and enjoyed them. Parking on the street was always available and we did move our car on Wednesday night to avoid the street sweeper. We parked across the street less than .5 mile away. We did not try the garage for the apartment but that could be an option too. Overall, a very comfortable stay that was exceptionally clean. We will definitely be back.

This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The place was very clean and truly felt like a home away from home! The only downside to the property is that you can hear every single movement made from the people above, so just take that into consideration when booking. We would definitely stay again!
