The perfect getaway in this entire sun filled home located in Waterville Estates everything you need to enjoy yourself in the mountains with a pellet stove for warmth and ambiance, full kitchen, sun room with desk and futon. Easy access to great skiing community center which features indoor hot tubs, indoor pools, Restaurant, hiking trails, New pickleball, tennis, basketball courts and a fitness center. Some restrictions to the fitness center do apply. We provide 2 passes to the community center and more are available for purchase. Kids 7 and under are free. $10 during the week and after 4 on weekends for adults. $20 Saturday and Sundays during the day.

This property is the perfect getaway 2 hours from the Boston area. If you the outdoors and want a variety of options for the whole family this is a great choice. It sleeps 10 people, walking distance to the community center that features indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a restaurant, tennis courts, basketball court and hiking trails. You a close to Lincoln NH and Waterville Valley for even more vacation pleasures not to mention horse back riding, aerial adventures and ziplines and more hiking!
