Enjoy the convenience of true ground-floor beachfront living at La Bahia 1. This two-bedroom condo opens directly toward Half Moon Bay, giving couples and small families an easy way to move between the comforts of home and the Caribbean shoreline.

The open living and dining area faces the ocean and connects with the beachfront terrace. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home simple, while nearby restaurants provide plenty of options when you'd rather dine out.

Both bedrooms have ocean views and private en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom offers one double and one twin bed.

Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and the living room. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

Beautiful place - wonderful stay

The condo is clean and management friendly and helpful. Right on the beach, chairs and palapas to lounge, ocean breeze always kept us cool and the view is just stunning. Nice walk to town, great restaurants, easy snorkeling in the bay, so nice to be back in Akumal!

So quiet and peaceful!

We have stayed many places in the State of Quintana Roo and throughly enjoyed the quiet setting of this condo in half moon bay! The condo is everything the owners have described and more! Extremly well maintained and clean! And...the location of this condo, directly on the beach is priceless!

Awesome property

Everything about this property is easy! Check in was seamless. Open the patio door and you are on the beach. All the neighbors were very friendly. So close to a lot of amazing restaurants.

Fantastic

Very comfortable, just steps to the beach and very peaceful. Beach was not busy at all. Alexandro in the office was exceptionally helpful. Recommend having a rental car or golf cart to get around. (Alexandro will help with that.)

Nice family condo

Everything the listing promised. Property manager and staff was outstanding and extremely accomidating. Condo was very clean with a fabulous view and beach access is just steps from your back porch. Perfect location for first time snorkeling and getting the hang of things before heading down to akumal bay. The sea grass was terrible in most areas in Akumal but this location was sea grass free and the water was beautiful.

Perfect Combination

This condo is beautiful and well appointed. If you are headed to Akumal this is a must!!! Giving you access to great snorkeling, restaurants within walking distance, and peaceful surroundings. Staff at La Bahia was lovely and owners are quick to respond. Just make sure to check out the sargassum seaweed reports if you are unfamiliar with it. We are pretty flexible travelers so we walked up the beach to snorkel and enjoyed the nearby lagoon.

It's exactly as described in the photos, the office is right there to answer questions, and key pick up was super easy. We really enjoyed relaxing to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It's handy for all you want to do in the Akumal/Tulum area. We come to this area a lot and it truly is a hidden paradise.
