Excellent base

Karin is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our second stay here and skied at Serfaus, Fendels, Kaunertal and Nauders. The balcony is sunny in the afternoon and the rooms are comfortable. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Nice appartment in a good location

Very nice appartment in a good central location, supermarket etc were close. Location is very good if you want to visit more areas (Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis are near, but also easy to go to Nauders, Kaunertal, Pitztal, etc). It was a spatious appartment with a nice balcony, two bathrooms which were clean and both had very good showers. Friendly landlord, always willing to help. Good food in their restaurant near Prutz The matresses were a little on the hard side and the pillows a little soft.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, gute Tipps. Skibus in 3 Minuten, Bäcker, Supermarkt in max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Wohnung mit großem Balkon war sehr sauber, 2 Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen (eher hart), Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung, zu sechst wird es im Wohnraum etwas eng, wenn die Couch nicht eingeklappt wird.

Ok, hat aber leider unangenehm gerochen

Freundliche Vermieterin, wohnt im selben Haus. Ausstattung ok, leider fehlten einige Topfdeckel (laut Vermieterin habe die Vormieterin diese kaputt gemacht und die neue Bestellung sei unterwegs). Ein Toaster in der Ausstattung wäre schön gewesen. Weniger schön war, dass es in der kompletten Wohnung unangenehm gerochen hat, als ob dort jemand viel geraucht hat. Geruch ist auch nicht durch Lüften weggegangen. Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ideal, für 5 oder 6 Personen sehr beengt.

TOP Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten das größere Appartement und waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber! Die Gastgeberin mega freundlich! Und nur zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch zum Essen in „Willis Fischerranch“ im benachbarten Ort. Das Freizeitangebot in Serfaus und Kaunertal ist riesig. Der fußläufig zu erreichende Badesee herrlich ubd für unsere Kids eins der Highlights. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Prettig verblijf in schone woning.

Het appartement is ruim voor 4 personen. Met 6 is het krap. Keuken is voorzien van veel spullen. De handdoeken worden niet gewisseld. De tweede badkamer is wat krap. Het balkon is erg ruim. De temperatuur in het appartement is goed. Het ligt in een rustige wijk. Je moet wel 2 trappen op om boven te komen.

Goede ligging tov skigebied, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee ruime slaap en badkamers en aardige eigenaresse. Jammer dat het voor 2024 alweer volgeboekt is.

Goed huis vlakbij skilift

Prima huis.Jammer dat de lekkere bank ddlie op de foto staat vervangen is door een harde slaapbank,die niet zo lekker zit. Hserlujl groot balkon. De keuken is prima,als je extra spullen nodig hebg kun je dit bij de vriendelijke eigenaresse vragen. Wr zijn 2 slaapkamers en een slaapbank in de kleine woonkamer.

Tolle FeWo

Wir waren Ende August dort. Schöner Badesee fußläufig zu erreichen, auch die Einkäufe kann man ohne Auto erledigen. Es gibt eine Gästekarte, die auch erweitert werden kann. Tolle Region. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und funktional ausgestattet mit großem Balkon. Bestimmt auch im Winter super.

Rustig gelegen ruime appartement

Appartement op 1e verdieping (met balkon), rustig gelegen aan de rand van het dorp Ried. Skischoenen en evt skies kunnen in kelder opgewarmd/gedroogd worden. 2e toilet/doucheruimte. Keukenblok met oven, magnetron, waterkoker en koffiezetapp. Wifisnelheid is duidelijk verbeterd. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Op loopafstand van skibus of met de auto naar SFL-skigebied (plm 15min).
