Located in the highly desirable gated community of Destiny East, you will find the finest community center and amenities Destin has to offer!
Sunet Bay features the following sleeping configuration.
Bedroom 1: There is a King bed and an attached full bathroom making it a master suite. 30" TV. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: Bunk Room, also featuring a trundle bed set-up that is a kid's favorite. Twin over Twin bunk bed and a trundle next to it. Full bath is located in the hallway, and is shared with the 3rd bedroom and also provides access from the hall. 48" TV. Sleeps 3.
Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom placed in the hallway and with the 2nd bedroom. 30" TV. Sleeps 2.
Living Room: 1 Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 2.
Sleeps: 10 (available cot for 10th guest)
Garage & Parking: Parking for 3 cars. In the private 1 car garage you will find a street legal golf cart! Getting to the most beautiful beaches in the world is now fun and easy, along with multiple excellent restaurants in the area! You will then be able to fit 2 cars in the driveway.

Sunset Bay was awesome!

We enjoyed the location and ease of check-in. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed, and more! The beach chairs, bikes, and yard games were a wonderful surprise! We used the pool, fitness center and pickleball courts. We had a great week in Destin!

Sunset Bay

This is a great property. Has all the amenities of home. It is clean and well maintained. The golf cart was a bonus to drive back and forth to and from the beach.

Beach fun

Enjoyed our stay. House and location was great. Only thing was the pullout sofa is not an option for sleeping on.(very uncomfortable) Fortunately we did not need it. Would recommend!

This house worked great for our family. Thank goodness for golf cart to beach! Our only issue was the pool was not available our last day and grandkids very disappointed!
