Rental includes all utilities, all housewares and linens, cable, TVs, a coffee maker and wi-fi. The Master Bedroom offers a King size bedroom suite, walk in closet and cable TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a large double closet. Brand new Washer and dryer included. Large screened lanai right off the double sliders from either living room or master bedroom with gorgeous views of the lake. Access to fitness facilities at the clubhouse which offers numerous activities, including the Olympic sized swimming pool and large spa. There are also a few other satellite pools and shuffle board, tennis courts and bacci ball courts. Covered parking and storage shed directly in front of building. Only 3 miles to Ft Myers Beach!

Nice, quiet and convenient

I needed a month before moving permanently to the area. I chose this location because I could bicycle to/from Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach easily. There are friendly neighbors and security staff here and I felt safe.
Stayed 28 nights in May 2021
