Enjoy warmth and relaxation in scenic Fort Myers. Cinnamon Cove is perfectly located just 10 min. from Fort Myers Beach fishing pier in one direction and 10 min Sanibel Island in the other direction. Food shopping and a Trolley to the beach are within easy walking distance ( 1/2 mile). Southwest Florida International Airport is an easy 30 minute drive from this spectacular condo. Cinnamon Cove is a beautiful gated community. This wonderful newly decorated 1st floor condominium is in building #1 and is easily accessible, yet conveniently located across the parking lot from Cinnamon Cove’s Clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pool. New laminate and tile floor and many new appliances. Screened Lanai faces lake and pool, tennis and clubhouse. Master bedroom has a King Bed, LCD TV, walk in shower and large walk in closet. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Covered parking keeps your car out of the sun.

Only 13 miles to City of Palms Park (Boston Red Sox Spring Training), and only 8.2 miles to Hammond Stadium (Minnesota Twins Spring Training), beach and baseball, a good one two punch.

Cinnamon Cove's fitness center has a complete range of exercise equipment for the residents' use. The pool, hot tub, tennis and bocce ball courts and BBQ are located here as well. The recreation building also houses a library. All of these features are located right across the parking lot from your unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and fishing poles are also included with the condo. Living, recreation and entertainment have never been so easy. Take a break this winter, you deserve it.

Wonderful visit

This is a very well appointed condo (comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked and very organized) in a friendly 55+ community and the owner was most pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our visit and would love to return.

Actually some of the best beaches in the country. Sanibel beaches are hard not to like, with something for everyone. Seclusion- Bowman's Beach Fishing- Lighthouse Beach Honky Tonk People Watching Fort Myers Beach Times Square. All of these beaches are just a short driive away!

Very clean and comfortable condo. A great location and very nice neighbors. The owners are very attentive to any needs that may come up. We really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was that we had to leave! We highly recommend staying at this condo.

The condo is very nice roomy and the location is great. So close to so many things.

The condo is located close to the pool and clubhouse. The workout room at the clubhouse is small but very convenient to use. It was nice to walk around the entire Cinnamon Cove area. So close to everything you need. I walked to Target, Publix, and even Walmart. The Love Boat Ice Cream place is awesome and just down the street. We were able to take the bus to the beech sometimes and not have to worry about driving and it was very cheap to ride. The condo itself has a nice kitchen and the living room was roomy. The master bedroom is huge and the closets are plenty big. Nice to have two bathrooms and the spare bedroom for guests. Washer and dryer worked great and so convenient to have. Beautiful view of the pond also. Nice pool and hot tub too. Nice to be on the first floor too which was convenient for carrying in luggage, groceries, etc. Covered parking spot was nice and plenty of room for guest parking too. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Love this condo

Condo owners are wonderful, and easy to communicate with. They truly have your best interest at heart. We rented twice from them and both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Love the location, right next to The clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The condo is well furnished. The neighbors are all friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend renting from these fine people. Enjoy your stay.

Relax and Enjoy

This unit was everything it was supposed to be. Very comfortable and close to the clubhouse,pool and tennis courts. A beautiful view of the lake where all different kinds of shore birds could be observed was a asset as well. We had great times at Sanibel Island,"Ding" Darling Conservation area and the Thomas Edison Henry Ford Estates. We saw beautiful sunsets at Bowman Ditch Point and took in the night life with all the great restaurants down on the beach especially the Parrot Key Caribbean Grill. The property was clean and well maintained and the owners were extremely helpful in answering any of our questions. I would recommend this property to anyone. We hope to go back next year.

Florida is fabulous! Fort Myers area has beautiful warm water beaches. The condo is convenient to Sanibel Island (for bird watching and relaxation) and Fort Myers Beach (for Honky Tonk). Fishing pier at Fort Myers Beach. Wind and warm water for excellent Windsurfing and Kiteboarding.

What makes this property unique

The gated community is great. I never thought I was the type for a 55 and over gated community but everyone is so nice and friendly and I can leave the door open when I walk around the lake and use the health club. Quiet and relaxing.
