Come and spend a pleasant stay in this apartment located on the ground floor facing the Pinewood, studio cabin of 27m² bright composed of a living room with a bed wardrobe 140cm, a tv and air conditioning. An equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, hob), at the entrance a cabin with a bunk bed 2 beds in 90cm, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. A loggia of 6m² overlooking a private garden of 25m² with a fountain and garden furniture.
Furnished and equipped for 4 people.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
