The apartment features an entrance with a cabin area offering bunk beds for 2 people, an open kitchen fully equipped, and a living room corner with a folding bed to accommodate 2 additional people. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need, including a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.

The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with an Italian shower and separate WC. It is air-conditioned and provides WIFI access.

The bonus: a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfasts or meals outdoors in peace.

The apartment comes with a private, free parking space in the secure residence.
