About this property

Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom 4,200 square foot home with sauna and steam shower in the master bedroom. This property is at Coolidge Falls right across from Loon Mountain ski resort with amazing views of the slopes! During weekends in the ski season, the bus will pick you up right in front of the house and take you directly to Loon Mountain! The beautiful large kitchen and open concept allows for multiple families to enjoy time together and still have enough space to spread out.

Outdoor Weber grill has direct hookup to propane line, and house comes with a Charter Membership to the Village of Loon Mountain Swim and Tennis Club which can be used by renters as part of the house rental.

**Please Note -- Coolidge Falls is a quiet family community and is not suitable for parties. Please refer to Association and and house rules included in short-term rental agreement. These rules, as well as occupancy limits, are strictly enforced. Absolutely NO smoking, candles, open flames, portable grills or smokers, fire pits, torches, weapons, or fireworks allowed on the property. EVERY tenant must be 30 years or older to rent (unless they are accompanied by a parent). Copy of license is required to rent.**

Weekend at Loon

Amazing!

Everything was amazing from booking to check out. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with everything that you could ever need. There are four levels so that everyone has their own space. The bottom level has a fantastic bunk room with a ping pong table, a second bedroom and a bathroom with a sauna (great after a day on the slopes)! The second level has a generous living area, laundry and two more bedrooms with baths attached, the main level has a HUGE kitchen and living area with magnificent views of Loon mountain and the top level has two more large bedrooms, also each with their own bath and a steam shower. It was like having a spa in your house! It was clean, there were games and puzzles and lots of good info in the welcome book. Mike was available via text if we had any questions and was so helpful. We will definitely book again and would highly recommend this property!

Family winter vacation

This beautiful home is ideal for multi generational families. The comfortable beds, large well equipped kitchen, gathering spaces for games and puzzles, and the incredible mountain view make this an outstanding place for a winter vacation. Mike is a terrific host - responsive, accommodating and kind before and during our stay.

Ski Family Getaway

Beautiful home which was meticulously maintained and super clean. Everything you could need was in the house down to the littlest detail. We had 3 generations of family staying and everyone was comfortable. We will definitely will be going back.

Magical Christmas Trip

Amazing time as always at this property. We have now stayed in this house 5 times! The layout is optimal for multi families, kitchen is well stocked, and the view of the mountain is incredible!
