And upstairs, you'll find a bonus room with another flatscreen TV, shelves of books, and a desk and chair if you need to get a little work done (or do some remote schooling).

This home is located just a few blocks from Fremont, a bohemian neighborhood that has it all including public art, stellar views of Seattle’s skyline, delicious food, quirky shops, and the legendary Fremont Troll! If you're feeling active, the 27-mile, multi-use Burke-Gilman Trail is accessible just a couple blocks south, while Gas Works Park, a 20-acre park with picnic facilities and dramatic city views, is also a half-mile from your door. If you're in town to visit your student, the University of Washington is just a mile-and-a-half east, and if you are visiting in the spring, be sure to check out the blossoming cherry trees that magically transform UW into fantasy land!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
