Stepping into this gorgeous, newly renovated, top floor villa is like walking into a five-star resort! Every detail has been thought of. The main living area is the perfect retreat after a fun day on the beach or golf course. The sun filled living room features a very comfortable sleeper sofa, dedicated workspace, swivel chairs, and opens directly onto the balcony - perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The dining room seats four comfortably and flows seamlessly into the open plan kitchen. A convenient half bath and in-unit laundry area complete the living space.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV and walk-in closet with ample storage. The completely renovated private bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

A keyless entry system is an added bonus so all can come and go without having to deal with a key. You will be sent your own private code before your arrival, so there will be no time-consuming check-in process.

Perfect location … perfect vacation

This condo was perfect for our stay at Hilton Head! It’s tucked away in a quiet corner of Palmetto Dunes with the beach just a short walk away. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a week-long Hilton Head vacation.

Nice but needs a little more

Enjoyed our week long stay. Condo is small but adequate and a short walk to the beach. Only thing lacking is kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were too few and in really bad shape. Was difficult to cook anything without having it stick to the pan.

Barrington Park 708 August 23

Great location and space, but the AC has a hard time keeping up with the outside temps and wasn’t working when we arrived. The property manager was called and it was fixed about 4 hours later.
