Steps away from Atlantic Ocean at Surf Court villas located South Beach Area!

You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally -located villa in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island ! Villa is a single floor end unit which will accommodate up to 5 guests between the two bedrooms both bedrooms have a Marriott mattress, smart tvs with flat screen and ceiling fans king bed in the master and second bedroom offers a set of queens. Both bedrooms have a full bathroom The guest bath is accessible in the hallway off the bedroom
50 inch tv screen In the living room with plenty of seating All stainless steel updated appliances with a fully equipped kitchen washer and dryer off of the kitchen is full size
Pool area is gated for our guests. The beach access is across the street with a direct path to the beach. Making it a very short walk before your “toes” hit the sand ! Please note pets are only allowed if staying over 30 days and must be approved by our property manager. these rules are voted by the HOA board with strict rules ! Pet fee will then be applied once approved! also ask. pets must have their vaccination records. with them. just in case . Our Short Term Rental Permit for this property is #029343

The host was friendly and communicative! The property is an ideal location. Both quiet and close to the beach. First floor, so ideal for those who struggle to climb steps. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a fun family vacation!
