Enjoy this newly Pool home located in the heart of Hollywood , conveniently located to all major attractions, such as beaches , airports , restaurants, shopping and more !

There’s other areas you can sleep if you don’t mind the sofa bed type.

The garage is owner’s private space, and it’s not renting to guests , and it’s utilize for cleaning storage. There’s no connection between the garage and the main house. However there’s a lot of parking spaces for your cars.
The pool is clean on Tuesdays and Fridays times varies however you can utilize the pool within a few minutes after it’s serviced .
Trash is taken out on Wednesday nights and Sunday nights from the backyard to the alley by our handy guy, please place all your trash in the large bins located at the back of the property.

Spacious, cleanly, and central location

The title nails the best advantages of this house, but I would be remiss for leaving out other great amenities. The pool and outdoor seating was fantastic for enjoying the weather. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals, even for large groups. The sleeping arrangements are set up well with plenty of bathroom space. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Central location provides easy transportation to the many activities nearby, such as beach, hard rock casino, airport and Fort Lauderdale. The host is easily reachable and made arrival/ checkout a breeze. Would strongly recommend this location for a large group of adults or families with children.

Great rental house

House is bigger than the pictures show. You should consider a video or more pictures with the listing. We were pleasantly surprised by the space in the house. Location is very convenient for food and shopping.

Great house for families!!

This house had absolutely everything we needed and more! Karol was so great to work with and was quick to clarify and answer questions! Check in process went smoothly. It is in the perfect location as Hollywood, Miami and Fort Lauderdale are so close and you can experience many beaches and restaurants. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us! 10 adults 18+ and 2 kiddos (16 and 17) The pool was a great way to spend the mornings and after the days on the beach! The back yard area has plenty of seating and there is a shaded screened in Gazebo with furniture. Great place for a glass of wine and a snack. Everything you need to cook meals should you desire is in the kitchen. Plenty of dishwashing detergent, Tupperware to store left overs, silverware, zip loc bags etc! Ceiling fans in every room (house also has AC) and one of the bed rooms also has its own air conditioner! There is a cooler for you to take to the beach along with a beach umbrella. We then rented chairs in the beaches. We left extra floaties after our stay for you also to enjoy! You will not be disappointed! Great way to spend some family time together!

Nice Property with a few faults

The property is just as photographed! All of the bedrooms are spacious and our group of 14 fit quite comfortably. The backyard was our favorite part, including a pool with a tanning ledge, turf, and plenty of seating. The kitchen had the essentials you needed and was well kept. I would bring paper towels, tp, and laundry detergent. All bathrooms are beautiful and new and had some toiletries and hairdryers available. The property itself is a great spot, spacious, and recommended for a big group. The area is great, with the airport, bars, restaurants, casinos, and beaches just short ubers away. This listing is missing some info you won't receive until after confirmation and in some cases after you've checked-in: -The listing notes that an ID is required for check-in. After confirming the booking, you will also be asked to fill out and sign a short-term rental agreement and a credit card authorization form (after you've already paid). Before sending over personal sensitive information, I inquired on the reasoning for these extra, unlisted steps- which was met with an unwillingness to explain and a negative attitude from the owner. The reasoning was made clear after calling VRBO that due to self-check-in, some extra verification is required. -Unfortunately, this property does not allow you to drop off your bags before check-in for holding - something to keep in mind as check-in is not listed to be until 5 pm. -The swing set in the backyard is not stable or safe for use. -There are two cameras on the property - one overlooking the pool area and one overlooking the driveway and front entrance. -Pool maintenance showed up mid-day, leaving the pool unusable for over an hour. -Owners access their garage daily. -Cleaning comes at 10 am on the day of check-out, listing notes that check-out is 11 am. -Was a bit hard to get in touch once we checked-in and had some questions. -No check-out instructions are provided

***BEWARE MALICIOUS REVIEW*** Thank you for staying with us ! And the lovely things you had to say about the property which Indeed are true. You booked with someone else’s credit card and it got flagged by VRbO who required more information since your didn’t not have permission to use his card. Further more you disrespected our home by having a party and got banned . You was aware that the garage is used for storage and has no connection to the house. It stored linens . You were indeed kicked out for being disrespectful !!! We will not be hosting this guest again

We loved our stay! Perfect for a family with the toys, play set (slide wasn’t screwed in all the way but no big deal), pool and yard. Everything was clean and the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond! Would definitely recommend

Fresh, Cosy House

We fell in love with this place immediately! The comfy couch, outdoor lounge and hockey table were just a few of the many highlights of this cozy house! Located on a quiet, nice street with amazing hosts who responded quickly to texts, this was the perfect vacation getaway. Looking forward to visiting again!
