Our group had the best time at this property! We spent a lot of time in the pool. The waterfall wasn't working during our stay. Loved the house overall - super open, bright, modern, tropical, and spacious. We didn't really spend any time in the retro game room, but LOVED the separate makeup/vanity room. Such a nice touch! Thanks to Brandon and Kat for being wonderful hosts!

This location is great! The house is very clean. Communication with the host is excellent! Lots of space and entertainment for the whole family. This will be the first place we look when returning to the area.

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for our large group. The pool was excellent, and we really enjoyed spending time in the backyard cooking out and relaxing by the pool. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay.The main downside was the air conditioning. Throughout our stay, only two rooms stayed cool while the rest of the house remained quite warm. Since we visited during the summer, this made parts of the home uncomfortable at times. We also experienced a slow-draining shower, which caused water to pool around our feet while showering.Despite these issues, the home offered great space and amenities, and we enjoyed our time there overall.

A great location for a FL bachelorette trip

A group of 5 of us stayed in August. The house is very conveniently located to just about everything! The house looked just like the photos and was the perfect base for our trip. They even had some lightweight folding chairs we could tote to Lauderdale by the Sea beach. The kitchen has all the amenities and the pool was ideal for a beach break or a late night dip. Highly recommend!

Y’all , go AHEAD and book this home . I am very pleased to stay this by far was one of the best homes to visit . Everything was nice and available to you in the area . From the host having the things you would think of ! It’s just amazing a beautiful home . Good get away trip home . The scenery and the decor , just beautiful . I do not know where to start. The hosts were extra amazingly communicative, very kind, considerate, and more than accommodating. We were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends, Brandon and Kat assured the kids had new games and everything was perfect and ready for us upon arrival. The pool was immaculately clean and professionally maintained during our stay. There were more than enough blankets, towels (shower and pool), and household supplies to handle whatever need we had. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The entire house is spacious, warm, and inviting. I did not want to leave! The home was clean, well maintained, and overall very very nice. It looks exactly like the pictures! We got everything we came there for and more! I will definitely book again! It’s in a perfect area, ANYTHING you need is within minutes away! 100 stars! Sheri

This place is was conveniently located, clean, cozy, roomy, and perfect for our stay. The pool is salt water and was warm. The house slept 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly and still had room. I recommend this place to stay.
