Are you looking for a comfortable villa in Sainte-Maxime with an exceptional sea view close to the beach? Then this is the villa for you!
Ideally situated in a dominant position in a residential and secure estate with exceptional sea views. The villa is composed of a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, three bathrooms and four bedrooms, of which one is independent. The villa has air-conditioned (only in 2 bedroom and in the living room).
For your well-being: a large infinity pool, wide terraces and a summer kitchen. Quiet and out of sight, you will appreciate the calm of the place and the surrounding nature, all this just a few minutes from the shops and the beautiful beaches of La Nartelle.
The villa has an electronic entrance gate and on-site parking is possible for several cars.
The estate has private parking spaces near the beach: you will not waste time looking for a parking space when you want to go to the beach!
The box spring beds are also new: 1 x double (180x210) and 4x single (90x200). For the children there is a bunk bed (90x200) with an extra pull-out bed of 90x190. The outdoor area will also satisfy your every need.
