La Villa du Petit Prince is an exceptional holiday villa on the French Riviera, located in the beautiful Sainte-Maxime-Beauvallon (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). This Provençal mas was fully renovated in 2022 and is now furnished with new, high-quality furniture. This holiday home offers extraordinary modern comfort combined with authentic charm.



The villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding hills. The entire estate enjoys ultimate privacy and tranquility, with no overlooking neighbors. Additionally, the beach is less than 300 meters away, allowing you to enjoy both peace and the proximity to the coast.



The enclosed 1,200 m² garden is situated on a hill and beautifully landscaped with a private pool (4.5x8m, depth 1.10 to 1.8m, with lighting and an electric safety cover). Next to the pool is the pool house with a pleasant covered terrace and an outdoor shower with a WC.



This holiday villa, suitable for 6 people, has been decorated with great care and attention. The interior exudes a warm, homely atmosphere, combined with luxurious materials and particularly tasteful decor. All bedrooms are equipped with refreshing air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep on warm summer evenings and two bedrooms have a terrace with sea view.



Access to the villa is via an electric gate, with parking available in the driveway and a private garage. The location of this holiday villa, along with its exceptional interior, offers excellent value for money.



Note: The holiday house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (there are 8 steps to access the house and 7 steps to access the bedrooms).

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Le Petit Prince. Das Wort magnifique beschreibt sowohl die überaus gepflegte Villa als auch den Pool, den Garten mit Panoramablick aufs Meer und die angenehme und ruhige Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Aufteilung im Inneren des Hauses war für uns als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern und deren Freunden perfekt. Es gibt ein Elternschlafzimmer mit En Suite Bad. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Dusche, teilen sich eine Toilette auf dem Flur. Von zwei Schlafzimmern aus hat man Zugang auf die Terrasse mit Meerblick. Ein Dankeschön an Ana für die hervorragende Kommunikation!
