This newly renovated Bonnet Shores beach house with stunning water views will provide plenty of space, fun, and beauty for you and your guests. The interior of the home is updated with bright and modern nautical décor. From the 2nd story deck you can watch the sailboats by day and the Newport bridge twinkle at night. Just steps from Little Beach, perfect for kids or for your after-dinner cocktails or to launch your boat or kayaks, and less than a mile from larger, private Kelly Beach.
This home is professionally by Narragansett Properties. Guest's are more than welcome to reach out should they need anything during their stay.
This house was renovated in the summer of 2020. You will be presented with brand new floors, crisp paint, and chic furniture for you and your guests. It's hard to decide whether the modern beach-inspired kitchen or the stunning water views are the crown jewel of this 2400+ square foot home. The second floor hosts the open concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces and access to the deck. On this floor there is a two bedroom suite connected by a central hallway where you will find a full bathroom. On the third floor the grand Master Bedroom with serene water views runs the full length of the home. It provides a private full bathroom, seating area, and his and hers walk in closets. Three other bedrooms and a full bathroom are situated on the top floor each with their own unique nautical style.

Summer Family Beach Week

The location of the house is perfect. It’s literally around the corner from Little Beach and less than a mile from Kelly beach. Overall, Bonnet Shores is the ideal place for a family trip with kids. The house is nice and updated and it has all of the amenities that you would need for your visit. Plus, the neighbor next door was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was an added bonus.

Perfect Location and Spacious for Large Family

Our large family had a wonderful vacation in this home. There was plenty of room for us and our adult children & significant others. We enjoyed the water views from the front balcony and our daily walks along the nearby coastal road. We vacation every summer in Bonnet Shores as our extended family has lived there for over 60 years.

Good location perfect for large families

Good location - easy to get to Jamestown and Newport and other spots in Narragansett. Access to Kelly Beach was a plus. It was great to have so any parking spots. Comfortably fit 11 of us. Close by to good coffee shops, ice cream and Carolena’s Bakery.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. There is plenty of kitchen and dining space and six bedrooms. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the water which was perfect for daily walks. It is a close drive to Newport where we visited the mansions, had lunch and snacked and shopped in the great hub of stores and took a boat tour of Narraganset. We took the Fast Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and took a tour. It is a clean and well cared for home. Highly recommend.
