Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce spacieux appartement à Ascona. Il est situé en hauteur à 10 minutes à pied du bord du lac, dans un magnifique environnement (ca monte fort). L'appartement est grand, est la vue sur Ascona est magnifique c'est le grand plus, il y a le nécessaire pour passé un bon séjour. Le service d'acceille très sympathique. Tout était parfait, le seul point négatif sont les moustiques voraces et en très grand nombres.

Wohnung sehr geräumig, hell und eine tolle Aussicht. Recht steiler Aufstieg. Top war auch Brötchen-Service und Self-Service-Kühlschrank mit Getränken (Bier + Mineral). Hunde sind in Wohnung willkommen jedoch ist keine Versäuberungs-Gelegenheit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Betten quitschen bei jedem Drehen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal

In die Jahre gekommen. Aussicht unbestritten schön. Muffiger Geruch in den Wohnungen - könnte man mit Reinigungsmittel sicher verbessern. Fenster schliessen nicht richtig, daher eher kalt in der Wohnung. Kissen unbrauchbar. Aussenwand blättert ab etc.

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Wunderbare Aussicht auf den See und die Promenade, ruhig gelegen, innert 10 Min. steil abwärts resp. 15-20 Min. steil aufwärts zu Fuss bis zur Seepromenade oder zum Monte Verità, grosse Zimmer, zwei lauschige Balkone, gutes und bequemes Mobiliar, topp ausgerüstete und funktionstüchtige Küche, neues und grosses Badezimmer, alles sauber. Mit dem Auto etwas mühsam zu erreichen und die Garagenplätze sind für grosse und lange Autos schwierig einzuparken.

+ Nette Angestellte, tolle Aussicht, gute Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage, alles Nötige vorhanden (eine Mikrowelle wäre evtl. noch etwas Praktisches), WLAN funktionierte gut. - V.a. anfangs zu kalt in der Wohnung (wir buchten Last Minute, zu kleine Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer), man hört die Nachbarn gut, abgebrannte Kerzen standen noch dort, was uns aber nicht störte. In einer Ecke des Wohnzimmers hatte es eine dunkle Stelle (Schimmel?)

Passé une semaine dans cet appartement très spacieux et situé à quelques pas du bord du lac par une rue assez raide. Possibilité tous les jours d'avoir de la boulangerie pour le petit déjeuner. Possibilité de parking.

Fabuleux

Excellent séjour passé dans ce magnifique appartement très confortable. La vue sur le lac y est splendide, l'accès au centre ville et au Monte Verita à pieds est très simple et cerise sur le gâteau la cuisine est parfaitement équipée.
