Newly Renovated Oceanfront House near Ponte Vedra Beach and a few miles from TPC

This newly renovated 6 bedroom house is perfect for your family to enjoy the week at the beach. Located on the ocean with a private walkway to the Beach. This house has great entertaining space downstairs and a large media room upstairs. We are 1/2 North of the Ponte Vedra Club and in biking distance of the many shops and restaurants in Jacksonville Beach. This house is designed to accommodate two families with plenty of room to spread out. Also, I am willing to discount the rent if you would like to rent for more then 7 days. This house has an office if you need this property for an extended period of time. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Excellent large beach home rental for large families. Lots of room and spaces to enable spreading out inside. Numerous bathrooms- nobody in our party had to wait for one. Clean throughout. Super convenient to Ponte Vedra and to town center for shopping. Great communication and responsiveness. When we arrived the middle level air-conditioning was not working. I contacted Jill and literally one hour later a technician showed up at the door and it was quickly repaired. The only recommendation for improvement we have is for some furniture to be placed or made available for the fantastic upstairs viewing deck. The ocean views are stunning up there, but there was really nowhere for a group to sit.

Perfect family Vrbo

Beautiful home with lots of space and amenities for younger children. Location is ideal to easily drive to Atlantic, Neptune or Ponte Vedra Beach. The home is pristine with a spectacular ocean view. This is our 2nd stay and we will return again next year.
