This bright and airy townhome has a master ground-floor bedroom with access to a private pavered patio, a full bath, plus a huge second bedroom with 2 Queen beds and an on-suite bath upstairs. Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully-equipped, full-size kitchen, a spacious living & dining area, in-unit laundry, and wifi.

Port Canaveral with all its great restaurants is a 5 minute drive, walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, and local amenities, shopping, and dining are very nearby; 45 minutes to Orlando Airport and 1 hour from Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, or any other Theme park in Orlando. Kennedy Space Center, and its attractions are just a 20 minutes drive away, but launches can literally be seen from the house or from the beach 2 minutes walk away. Perfect spot to mix a quiet beach holiday with plenty of options for activities and entertainment.

We had a wonderful vacation in this townhouse! It was beautiful and clean and all the new furnishings were very comfortable especially the bed. Also appreciated the short walk to beach. Deborah is a gracious host who provided so many extras. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful ocean therapy location!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the area and the amenities. Deborah and Jim go above and beyond during the check-in process, even recommending great spots for our fur baby. We will definitely book again when in this area.

Very nice place to stay, very clean, spacious, a short walk to the beach where you can see cruise ships, and Canaveral launch pad, quiet neighborhood, will stay again, loved the peacocks roaming the neighborhood

Beach getaway

We live in Orlando and decided to stay on the coast for a month. The area is nice and quaint. Beach was a 5 min walk away. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The owner, Deborah, was easy to talk to and available if needed. We can’t wait to return next year!!

Best location, 3 minutes to beach

We enjoyed a great month in this comfortable, bright inviting home…. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. It was clean, well equipped with all the comforts of home. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, but also close to dining and shopping. The airport and attractions are only a hour away. Deb and Jim were conscientious and thoughtful hosts who were a pleasure! We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing place next to a quiet beach!

We really enhance enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive over email to any questions we had and the place was perfect for our work vacation on a beach side location. We were here for the launch Artemis and gotta say the location of this place is perfect for someone who wants close access (2 min walk) to a quiet beach without the crowds ( believe me it gets busy on Cocoa beach). We were still very close to cocoa beach, (~5 min drive) so whenever we wanted to it was very easy to drive there for awesome restaurants, tiki bars, etc. The plus is you can see rocket launches from the this condo or nearby beach if you don’t want to drive out for them. Would definitely return to this place again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be near a quiet beach with no crowds, yet close enough to cocoa beach to join in the crowds!

One of the best !

Immacuately clean and very large house right by the beach. We stayed for 1 week and this so far has been the best experience in a long time. The property is actually better than it looks in the photos, its super clean and has everything you need. Deborah's place will be my go-to place in Cape Canaveral, you simply cant go wrong.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We enjoyed everything about this home. The owners were very informative and accommodating. The house is extremely clean and well equipped. It is a very short walk to the beach and very convenient to be that close. We will definitely be booking here again for our next trip to the area.

Beautiful place right by the beach!

What an amazing house! Beds were all comfortable, nice furniture, and most importantly- very short walk to the beach. We got to see some of the largest cruise ships on earth, a rocket launch, baby sea turtle, eat great food, and rent jet skis- all within a few minute drive. Deb and Jim were awesome- highly recommend this property!!!

Wonderful Beach Adjacent Property

Great location and amenities provided. Being near the top of Cape Canaveral, the rental is about a block from the beach while being more secluded where there are less beach goers compared to the Cocoa Beach or boardwalk locations. The housing situation is great and is very spacious. All in all, we stayed for a few months at the location and did not regret choosing it. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Perfect for a family vacation!!

We had a wonderful time in this rental! The 2 queen beds are upstairs in the loft with their own bathroom. The loft is huge with a large closet for the 4 suitcases that we had for our adult children. The master bedroom is also large with a King bed. All beds were very comfortable and it was super clean! We cooked all meals in and even grilled outside. There is a cute patio outside the master bedroom. The walk to the beach is short and the Cocoa Beach Pier is only about a 40 min beach walk! Port Canaveral is only a 5 min drive and has fresh fish caught daily. The owners were very easy to reach and super sweet! Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely worth checking out!! So I have absolutely no idea what would possess someone who hasn't even seen the property never mind stayed there to write a review?? However, I now need to respond so here goes. The property should not have been able to be booked at that time as I had it block because it was Thanksgiving and our family were staying there. By some computer error on another site its listed with your booking was accepted within 6 hours I noticed this and canceled it. The booking was made the DAY BEORE Thanksgiving so not much planning ahead on your part going on there and you request to arrive the same day!!! I have been charged $355 for this error which I am disputing. As I am required because you decided to write a review to rate you I've give you all one stars. I know nothing of your level of cleanliness or any of the other categories so cannot in good conscious give you a glowing review as I'm sure you cannot have given the house either you've never seen it. Moving forward I would strongly suggest considering better choices. Last minute decisions and reviewing properties you have never seen aren't working out well for you. Happy to remove this if you can figure out a way take yours down also but Ive no idea how to do that lol. Happy New Year

A Brit and a American who met in Saudi Arabia. We have one adult daughter who is currently living in the UK. We adore the beach/ocean but not the over populated chaos that comes with it in many areas.
We had been visiting the area and looking to buy for years but town houses rarely become available and we didn't want the HOA restriction of a condo.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location Location.
Our home from home (London currently) at the Cape just literally perfect very quite local Street steps from the beach. Multiple areas of restaurants some walkable or a short drive to the Port (4 mins) Cocoa Beach (5 mins) Merritt Island for every imaginable chain (10 mins) We love that Orlando's major international airport is just 40 mins for our UK visitors. Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, outlet Malls drivable the location and ambience works for a vacation that has a bit of everything.

What makes this property unique

Everything is new Beds, Sofa, Dinning set, Kitchen Appliances, dishes, pans glasses literally everything. Parking for up to 6 cars right out front of the house and a garden with a BBQ.
