Enjoy this 5th floor direct Ocean-Front condo with sweeping views of the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach shores! From the space coast, to the Historic Cocoa Beach Pier, you can't beat this location. Located on the quiet shores of Cape Canaveral with views of the Kennedy Space Center, the Banana River and the Historic Cocoa Beach Pier. Relax and enjoy this ocean oasis!

This spacious gem is a beautiful spot for the family to enjoy the close access to the beach. Enjoy the sweeping views from the patio, cook a meal in the large kitchen to enjoy together, or gather in the living room to watch TV.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible with high quality linens & towels, beach items provided, free parking & wifi, in-suite laundry, TV's, hair dryers, beach towels and more! We look forward to welcoming you.

Excellent complex amenities:

Location is the best of both worlds: Being 1 mile north of the pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jon's a short walk down the beach.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It had everything we could want. The views were wonderful. The kids loved the pool so much. We got to see a space launch right from the patio. The beach chairs and sand toys were in the condo which was so wonderful for us as we were not able to bring them with us on the plane ride. I would suggest this condo to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A Great Space/Beach Vacation

We chose the condo specifically because of it's proximity to Cape Canaveral and the opportunity to see rocket launches right off the balcony. It did not disappoint! The beach and pool were a BIG bonus too and were where we spent the rest of our time. The condo is nicely updated and had all of the amenities we needed for our family vacation (a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrella, and more). We hope to return in the future!

Good location. Nice Condo. Can watch launches from condo. Just issues with elevator. It's old and other people said problems of it not working has happened yearly.

The Condo is everything described and more! The unit is very clean. They have thought of everything you need to relax at the beach!! Chairs, umbrella. Cooler, boogie boards, etc. A tremendous library on Florida! There was an issue with the elevator the first day and Amanda kept us well informed until the issue was resolved!! Thank you for a relaxing vacation!!!

The stay was great. There were a few issues but they didn't affect the overall visit. Beds could be more comfortable. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was squeaky. The sliding glass door leading to the balcony would not lock, concerning with a toddler. But more of the positive: great beach view, nice pool, well stocked kitchen. I could live there!
