Unsaubere Unterkunft.

Unter den Schränken war Spinnweben. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren von Strandverkäufern belegt.

Salle de bain mal nettoyé alors que compris dans le prix Terrasse exposée au soleil sans pouvoir se protégé donc inutilisable.

Die Unterkunft sah auf den Fotos besser und gemütlicher aus. Wir fanden es alt und dunkel. Ich hätte mir im Nachhinein lieber etwas anderes ausgesucht.

Apartamento muy agradable

Sencillo en cuanto al mobiliario. La cocina muy pequeña. A cambio, amplitud en el salón, incluso utilizando el sofá cama y buena terraza para comer cuatro personas. A dos pasos de la playa y no muy lejos del centro del pueblo. Agradable el entorno y cómodo acceso. Se puede aparcar sin problemas muy cerca.

APTO PLATJA DE ROSES

Nuestra opinión de inicio a destacar ,es con las personas de la oficina de Roses-Sta Margarida (E. / G. ) un muy buen equipo y atención con sus clientes. En cuanto a los servicios del apartamento , el Wifi se queda corto para el teletrabajo , por desgracia me tuve que conectar y realmente es una cosa importante de actualizar a mas megas. Habitaciones cómodas , lavabos actualizados , a la cocina le falta el horno y el exprimidor (años anteriores lo tuvimos ) , comedor correcto. Saludos

Nuestra opinión de inicio a destacar ,es con las personas de la oficina de Roses-Sta Margarida (E. / G. ) un muy buen equipo y atención con sus clientes. Appartement agréable

Cet appartement est bien situé (proche mer, ville et commerces et marché). A cette saison pas de problème de stationnement. Logement calme cette année en raison de la fermeture de l’hôtel en face de la résidence. Comme dans la plupart des logements en Espagne, manque d'équipement en vaisselle (pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner). Nous avons du acheter une rallonge multiprise car une seule prise dans la cuisine pour brancher le micro-onde, le grill pain la cafetière et la bouilloire.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Jedoch ist der Preis für die Endreinigung viel zu hoch. Eine Endreinigung kostet normalerweise für so eine Wohnung 40€-60€. Nicht 20€ pro Person! In unserem Fall 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.
