Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Facilities: hair dryer. Garage (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Extra bed for 3rd and 4th person (double sofa bed) possible against payment.

Gute Lage um Dresden zu erkunden

Schöne, zweckmäßige Wohnung in ruhigem Haus. Netter Vermieter. Sehr schön, das man von der Tiefgarage per Aufzug ins Dachgeschoss fahren konnte. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe und wir sind mit einer Wochenkarte des ÖPNV überall hin gekommen. Dresden ist eine wunderschöne Stadt.

Appartment war ok

Es ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet was man so braucht. Allerdings die Sauberkeit im Bad war etwas ernüchternd, Haare auf dem Boden die definitiv nicht von einem selbst Stammen sind nicht sehr schön, Duschvorhang sollte öfters getauscht werden, Kalk am Duschkopf sind auch nicht schön anzusehen. Sonst war alles ok.

Ideal um Dresden und Umgebung zu erkunden

Liegt sehr ruhig, 15 min vom Elbufer entfernt. Waren 3 Tage dort. Frühstücken kann man beim Bäcker ( 6 min zu Fuß) oder holt sich dort seine Brötchen. Von dort eine halbe Stunde mit dem Wagen zur Festung Königstein. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Ideal um Dresden und Umgebung für ein paar Tage zu erkunden.
