In the resort 700 m from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 700 m from the sea. Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, arbour (30 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 350 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Nightclub/disco 1 km from the property. Airfield 34 km from the property.

Muy buena estancia

La casa es algo antigua y algunos detalles se podrían mejorar, pero es muy agradable para pasar unas vacaciones en familia La zona de la piscina y jardín es una maravilla Se puede ir andando a la playa y al pueblo, y hay un supermercado muy cerca Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido la atención de la inmobiliaria. Nos han resuelto dudas y han ido a la casa rápidamente para ayudarnos con algún problemilla que tuvimos con la tele Son súper amables, resolutivos y rápidos

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen, schöne Terrasse, gepflegter Pool und der Strand war fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat über ein Hotel gut funktioniert. Die Räume sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde viel von uns benutzt, wobei das Geschirr für 8 Personen nicht immer ausreichend war. Uns wurden zwei Schlüsselbunde übergeben, wovon eins so viele Schlüssel hatte, deren Zugehörigkeit uns verborgen blieb und nur verwirrt hat.

Fantastisk ude arealer med pool område og stor terrasse i skygge samt den skønneste udsigt. Huset gammel og slidt. Problemer med kloak og afløb. Dårlige senge. Og så mangler der i den grad air condition.

Rent och prydligt. Äldre hus med Äldre möbler. Men bra prisvärt. Lång backe och trappor upp till huset. Ger en fantastiskt vy över staden. Inte anpassat för handikapp eller dylikt. Fullt utrustat kök. Tvättstuga på taket. Behöver nya tvättlinor. Enkel kontakt med värd via whatsapp. Nära mataffär. Bra sängar. Hade gärna haft fler kökshanddukar. Men fint med maskindiskmedel o dylikt som fanns där när vi kom.

Buena casa

Lo mejor de la casa, sin duda la piscina y el jardín. Además la playa está muy cerca para ir andando y hay un Mercadona al lado de la casa para ir a comprar. Lo peor, es que no tiene aire acondicionado y los muebles son un poco antiguos. También que al tener tanto jardín hay muchas hormigas, pero al final conseguimos mántenerlas a raya y pasamos una semana estupenda.

Zu teuer für ein Haus in schlechten Zustand.

llegamos a la noche recogimos las llaves en un Hotel, fue una aventura descubrir con cual abrir las puertas,!muchas escaleras para subir,sin ninguna luz...por fin encontramos donde poder encender. vimos una casa con muebles viejos,algunos rotos y las cortinas muy sucias! cansados y con 2 niños pequeños...al dia siguiente amanecimos invadidos por las hormigas! en las camas, cocina,baños..etc,en el jardin no se podia caminar descalzos ,eras atacado!! no funcionaba la television ni la lavadora

Fantastisk pool!t

Jag åkte tillsammans med barn och barnbarn, totalt var vi 6 personer från 17-76 år. Alla är mycket nöjda, särskilt med poolen, som det gick att dyka i. Lite slitet inomhus, men inte så mycket att störde. Sköna sängar, och trevligt vardagsrum, bra kök. Fin tomt med både sol o skugga. Värt att beakta är dock att det är en lång brant trappa från gatan upp till huset. Trappa även ner till poolområdet. Kan vara svårt med/för småbarn och personer med begränsad rörlighet. Rekommenderar det ändå!

Casa muy bien equipada y cómoda. La mejor zona es la de jardín y piscina. La piscina muy limpia, la barbacoa muy bien, aunque a los días hubo un olor a agua estancada por esa zona.

Perfekt för 2st småbarnsfamiljer. Fantastisk pool som är avgränsad med grind. Nära 2st billiga och välsorterade mataffärer. Huset ej i nyskick men charmigt och med robusta möbler med fräscha vitvaror. Plus för toalett, dusch samt kyl/frys nere vid poolen.

Högt läge i lugnt område med fin pool

Välutrustat hus i bostadsområde. Fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet. Stor pool som gick att dyka i. Stor och härlig altan som vi använde kvällar och morgnar. Lite slitet hus kanske men fungerande och trivsamt. Bra och hjälpsam förmedling på plats. Fanns lite myror men åtgärdade effektivt med spray. Ingen ac i huset men fläktar gjorde nätterna tillräckligt svala.
