Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, arbour (30 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. La casa es algo antigua y algunos detalles se podrĂ­an mejorar, pero es muy agradable para pasar unas vacaciones en familia La zona de la piscina y jardĂ­n es una maravilla Se puede ir andando a la playa y al pueblo, y hay un supermercado muy cerca Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido la atenciĂłn de la inmobiliaria. Nos han resuelto dudas y han ido a la casa rĂĄpidamente para ayudarnos con algĂșn problemilla que tuvimos con la tele Son sĂșper amables, resolutivos y rĂĄpidos

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen, schöne Terrasse, gepflegter Pool und der Strand war fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat ĂŒber ein Hotel gut funktioniert. Die RĂ€ume sind einfach, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche wurde viel von uns benutzt, wobei das Geschirr fĂŒr 8 Personen nicht immer ausreichend war. Uns wurden zwei SchlĂŒsselbunde ĂŒbergeben, wovon eins so viele SchlĂŒssel hatte, deren Zugehörigkeit uns verborgen blieb und nur verwirrt hat.

Fantastisk ude arealer med pool omrÄde og stor terrasse i skygge samt den skÞnneste udsigt. Huset gammel og slidt. Problemer med kloak og aflÞb. DÄrlige senge. Og sÄ mangler der i den grad air condition.

Rent och prydligt. Äldre hus med Äldre möbler. Men bra prisvĂ€rt. LĂ„ng backe och trappor upp till huset. Ger en fantastiskt vy över staden. Inte anpassat för handikapp eller dylikt. Fullt utrustat kök. TvĂ€ttstuga pĂ„ taket. Behöver nya tvĂ€ttlinor. Enkel kontakt med vĂ€rd via whatsapp. NĂ€ra mataffĂ€r. Bra sĂ€ngar. Hade gĂ€rna haft fler kökshanddukar. Men fint med maskindiskmedel o dylikt som fanns dĂ€r nĂ€r vi kom.

Buena casa

Lo mejor de la casa, sin duda la piscina y el jardín. Ademås la playa estå muy cerca para ir andando y hay un Mercadona al lado de la casa para ir a comprar. Lo peor, es que no tiene aire acondicionado y los muebles son un poco antiguos. También que al tener tanto jardín hay muchas hormigas, pero al final conseguimos måntenerlas a raya y pasamos una semana estupenda.

llegamos a la noche recogimos las llaves en un Hotel, fue una aventura descubrir con cual abrir las puertas,!muchas escaleras para subir,sin ninguna luz...por fin encontramos donde poder encender. vimos una casa con muebles viejos,algunos rotos y las cortinas muy sucias! cansados y con 2 niños pequeños...al dia siguiente amanecimos invadidos por las hormigas! en las camas, cocina,baños..etc,en el jardin no se podia caminar descalzos ,eras atacado!! no funcionaba la television ni la lavadora

Jag Äkte tillsammans med barn och barnbarn, totalt var vi 6 personer frÄn 17-76 Är. Alla Àr mycket nöjda, sÀrskilt med poolen, som det gick att dyka i. Lite slitet inomhus, men inte sÄ mycket att störde. Sköna sÀngar, och trevligt vardagsrum, bra kök. Fin tomt med bÄde sol o skugga. VÀrt att beakta Àr dock att det Àr en lÄng brant trappa frÄn gatan upp till huset. Trappa Àven ner till poolomrÄdet. Kan vara svÄrt med/för smÄbarn och personer med begrÀnsad rörlighet. Rekommenderar det ÀndÄ!

Högt lÀge i lugnt omrÄde med fin pool

VÀlutrustat hus i bostadsomrÄde. Fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet. Stor pool som gick att dyka i. Stor och hÀrlig altan som vi anvÀnde kvÀllar och morgnar. Lite slitet hus kanske men fungerande och trivsamt. Bra och hjÀlpsam förmedling pÄ plats. Fanns lite myror men ÄtgÀrdade effektivt med spray. Ingen ac i huset men flÀktar gjorde nÀtterna tillrÀckligt svala.
