All-Around Great

Newly renovated mid-century home had everything we needed for a week's stay in February. Neighborhood was super-cute, walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and we even found a foot/biking path that we took daily walks on. The hot tub was a bonus, too. Central to Melbourne Beach to the south and Cocoa to the North, it was great to be out on the channel island, closer to the ocean. We were visiting family down in Sebastian, so for us it wasn't too far away from them. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Clean, 'Close to Everything' Beach House

Just the right size vacation beach house, that provides TV(if needed), a bigger than probably needed (but super nice to have) kitchen, comfortable & sizable bedrooms, with really comfy beds..A/C system, a must in FL, worked great and cooled down entire home in short time...

Fabulous- Great place to stay, just a short walk to the beach!!

We had a great stay at Kenzie House. It was very convenient to grocery stores - Publix & Walmart; and Dollar Tree. Beds were fabulous, had a nice washer & dryer - both looked new. Only suggestion we had was that more utensils, pans and a strainer (for salad) needed to be added. There was only 1 dish towel, no dish cloth & no pot holders and frying pan needed to be replaced. We bought potholders, dish towel & dish cloth, potato peeler & left them for the next guests. They had a very nice clean grill & hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!! Very open, lots of sunlight. Lock on the door was much better than a key - very easy to use.

Clean, close to the beach

We end up in Melbourne for work a fair amount and I’ve stayed at several properties and this was the cleanest with the promptest replies for questions. Hot tub a plus!

Great location and Start for this newly renovated property

We were honored to be the first guests for this property and had a wonderful time. It is a short walk to the beach and in a great location for shopping for our needs. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and communication was very quick. As a new property it was missing a couple of Kitchen items but the owner was very responsive, offered to pick anything up for us and asked for our input for things they should add for future guests. I have confidence the missing items (ie more bowls and dishes will be there in the future) All in all, Great place to stay(hot tub was nice addition), that we will consider again in the future.
