Concrete restoration and exterior painting will take place 10/20–early December, Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM, with possible Saturday work. Amenities and beach access are not expected to be affected.
2br 2 bath in a 49 unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, double and 1 twin in second bedroom. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Right on the beach

We really enjoy the location- shopping right across the street, plenty of restaurants in the area . The ocean was really rough during our stay but we were able to see plenty of surfers. We were able to see 2 rocket launches, and plenty of cruise ships

Can not say enough good things about this condo and complex. Everything was so clean inside the condo. Location, location, location was the main draw for choosing this unit. Beach is so close and views from the balcony were phenomenal! Would love to come back for a longer stay in the future.

USSSA Pride visit

Property is great and just as listed. All is clean and we would definitely not only recommend but return as our daughter plays for USSSA Pride and we are in the area quite often from Virginia. The views are the BEST.

Weekend Getaway

This is a great unit with beautiful views. We appreciated the balcony being away from the pool. The beach access is easy, and there is a sizable platform to hose off yourself and all your beach gear. The property may be a little older; however, it is exceptionally well-kept.

Perfect Ocean View

This was a relaxing place to stay, with in minutes of our arrival unbeknownst to us their was a shuttle launch and we just happened to be on the balcony to see it. We didn't realize we would be so excited to see and hear this, it was cool! Anyway, great place overall it was quiet given the number of families we saw. Short drive to everything, I would definitely stay again. Only negative was maybe the A/C never seemed to get really cold even with keeping the sliders closed.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back. There is roof construction going on and we were informed prior to our arrival. The accommodations were just as stated and very clean and offered the best views. Cindy was great to work with and very attentive.

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful time! The condo had everything we needed, great views (even saw rocket launch from balcony) and was very clean. The location was perfect and the beach was great and not very busy! Only slight downfall was that there was some building maintenance going on while we were there but property management was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend and visit again!!

Perfect little getaway

Everything was as listed. Very close to different beaches and easy walking to grocery, Walgreens and some restaurants. Biggest complaint that right outside condo you really couldn’t utilize the beach because there wasn’t much of a beach. Tide was high even when it was low. It was nice to have a pool overlooking the ocean though. Biggest complaint is we wished there were more throw blankets for when we lounged in the evening. Overall perfect size for the 3 of us.

Great Condo!

The condo was great! Clean and host was fantastic! Only drawback was that we kept losing power throughout our stay. The management company promptly addressed our concerns. We decided to remain in the unit, but frequently lost power in the master bedroom, master bathroom, and 2nd bedroom.
