Cosy, comfortable country house "Pepa". In the resort, in a quiet position, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 300 m2, swimming pool (4 x 3 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Motorway 9 km from the property.

Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Boiler (80 litres). No heating option. Patio 200 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), covered balcony, sitting area. Of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Parking. CR-38/4.77

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war schlecht zu finden da wir eine falsche Hausnummer mitgeteilt bekamen. Über google-maps hätte es jedoch problemlos geklappt. Im Ort ist nur sehr schlechter Telefon- und Internetempfang. Wir hatten jedoch WLAN im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr schön, jedoch etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Vor allem fehlte es an Ablagefläche (Schränke) für unsere Kleidung. Auch wäre mehr Geschirr (Schüsseln) und ein/zwei Untersetzer hilfreich. Der Ort list etwas höher gelegen so das - zumindest im Herbst - die Wolkendecke hier teilweise auch etwas Nieselregen abgab während unten am Strand manchmal noch die Sonne schien. Hat uns dennoch sehr gefallen.

Sehr hübsches Häuschen mit winzigem Pool

Die Fotos vom Haus und dessen Interieur täuschen nicht - es ist in Wirklichkeit fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Urige Zimmer hinter dicken Steinwänden. Im Haus herrscht ein angenehm kühles Klima. Die zwei Bäder sind sehr praktisch. Die Küchenausrüstung ist einfach, da fehlt es vor allem an scharfen Messern. Die Terrasse ist hübsch und sonnig. Schatten spendet ein großer Sonnenschirm. Der Grill ist super, wir haben in einer Woche drei Mal abends gegrillt. Die Größe des Pools allerdings ist eher ein Witz. Es ist ok, wenn man sich kurz abkühlen will. Schwimmen ist nicht. Das Dorf Las Vegas ist ein hübsches, sehr ruhiges Bergdörfchen. Es gibt hinter dem Dorf einen großen Kletterfelsen mit Sportkletter-Routen. Außerdem gehen von Las Vegas mehrere schöne Wandertouren über die Berge, durch trockene Barrancos, Kakteenfelder und Kiefernwälder mit tollen Aussichten aus - zwischen 3 und 12 Kilometern. Las Vegas hat seit dem 22. Oktober 2016 eine weitere Attraktion: ein sehr niedliches Gartenrestaurant mit unschlagbaren Preisen und ordentlichem regionalen Essen.
