NEW, Casa La Hondura, Las Eras

Casa La Hondura is located in the south-east of Tenerife, in the small and quiet coastal village of Las Eras, far away from mass tourism. This light-flooded and modern but at the same time cosily furnished holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the spacious dining and living room and a sunny terrace with sea views. Furthermore, the house offers a wind-protected outdoor area in front of the entrance with a dining area and an outdoor shower. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one shower room. From both upper bedrooms you can enjoy the wide view of the sea or the beautiful sunrises. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and modern soundproofed windows with blackout options. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV and sound bar. The TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms is 45 inches. . There is wifi connection throughout the house and for remote workers (digital nomads) a space with a work table can be set up. The high ceilings and the large windows in the living and kitchen area give this elegant house a particularly pleasant atmosphere. Air conditioning in the living room as well as in the main bedroom. Parking is easily available in front of the house. The beach is only a few minutes' walk from the property, as well as a small shop, a restaurant and a cafeteria as well as a two diving schools. The nature reserve La Hondura, which stretches along the coast, is visible from the house and several hiking trails go into this area directly from the exit of the village. The international airport Tenerife South Reina Sofia is only 23 kilometres away. Las Eras is the ideal starting point to explore both the south and the north of theisland. Tenerife offers lots of interesting places to see and we are always happy to provide you with insider tips.

Modern house in small town

We loved all the modern comforts in the new and bright house with ocean view. Close to the motorway yet quiet. Nice little pebble beach in the centre of Las Eras, great place to swim on calmer days. Gustavo looked after us and made us feel very welcome. Would love to go back again!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Balkon zum Meer und gemütlichem Innenhof nach hinten. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, alles war sehr sauber.Es ist nahe der Autobahn (hört man nicht) gelegen und ein idealer Ausgangsort, um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Ort ist insgesamt eher ruhig. Hier findet man Erholung und Ruhe.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Großartig.Ich habe mich zu Hause gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Balkon im Wohnzimmer hatte einen Blick aufs Meer. Sonnenaufgang! Sonne bis mittags. Danach gab es Sonne im Innenhof. Dieses außergewöhnliche, neu erbaute Anwesen ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind feine Leute und leben auf Teneriffa.Las Eras liegt direkt an der TF 1 zwischen Flughafen Süd und Santa Cruz. Man hört die Autos nicht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 km Umkreis. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.Vor der Haustür beginnt das Naturschutzgebiet mit guten Lauf und MTB Strecken.Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen feinkieseliger Strand und einen kleinen Supermarkt.Bis zum Teide braucht es gut eine Stunde Fahrtzeit. In Santa Cruz /La Laguna ist man in 30 min.Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. La Hondura ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Außerordentlich schön

Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und hell. Alles ist wie beschrieben und gut organisiert. Vom Wohnzimmer und den beiden oberen Schlafzimmern sieht man das Meer. Die Betten sind bequem, ausreichend Handtücher sind im Haus. Uns hat die kurze Anbindung zur Autobahn (kaum zu hören) gut gefallen, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Tolle Fischrestaurants sind nahe dran in Tajao.Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen, uns störten nur die bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

Wundervolles Haus in Traumlage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Isabel und Gustavo haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Selbt unser, leicht unverschämter, Wunsch nach einer Kapsel-Kaffemaschine hat Gustavo direkt am nächsten Tag erfüllt und noch Packungen mit Kaffeekapseln draufgelegt. Vielen Dank.
