Nice and simple furnished house in a quiet area far from mass tourism. This house is suitable for those who want peace and want to walk in the area. At 5 minutes by car there is a small supermarket and restaurant. If you want more facilities, you have to drive a minimum of 20 minutes. That there was no hot water coming out of the shower in the morning, was less pleasant. Furthermore, great stay.s

Quiet rural property,

We stayed for 5 days and on the whole, enjoyed our visit. We wanted something quiet and away from it all and this house is certainly that! Accommodation is fairly basic but very clean, the biggest problem was that at this time of year it was pretty cold in the house, only one small heater was provided. First couple of days there was hardly any hot water as it wasn’t particularly sunny and the water heater is solar, the switch for the electric heater is behind a locked door not accessible to guests. A call to Maria/Jose solved this. Jose lives locally and is very helpful but only speaks Spanish so if you don’t, communication can be a bit difficult. We locked ourselves out one day and he rescued us in 10 minutes! You’ll need a car if you want to get around, don’t bring anything too big or you won’t get it up the very narrow driveway. There are no shops that we found in the village of Las Vegas and the only bar was closed. More information in the house about this would be a great help. Some stunning scenery and great walks, a fantastic place for getting away from it all.

Si quieres pasar unos dies en Tenerife en un lugar tranquilo, un remanso de paz, desde el que hacer senderismo, leer, bañarte en su piscinita.... es perfecto. Ah, y claro simpre puedes acercarte a la playa en media hora de coche. Es una casa genuina, antigua, pero bien reformada. ¡Genial! Sólo un tema, que para mi gusto falta un poco más de iluminación interior. Los dueños de la casa son muy amables y a la vez muy respetuosos de la intimidad del viajero. s

Maison agréable, bien aménagée dans un petit village de montagne très tranquille. Coin piscine bien abrité du vent. La maison est fraîche, ce qui doit être agréable lors de grandes chaleurs, un peu moins lorsqu’il fait un peu froid à l’extérieur. Lovely little cottage and very friendly and kind owners who went out of their way to help us despite the language barrier the house was very clean as well as all the bedding and equipment provided Very quiet location and pleasant surroundings We would suggest an iron is provided as well as some additional heating as iit gets cold in the evenings If you are looking for a quiet break with some excellent walks and mountain views we would recommend this little gem

Leuk huisje ver van de massa

Leuk en interessant huis in een heel rustig dorpje met mooie wandelpaden naast de deur. Het dorpje Las Vegas ligt aan een doodlopende weg op een berg op 20 minuten van de kust. Het huis was schoon en eenvoudig ingericht, maar met het hoofdzakelijke. In het naastgelegen dorp is een kleine supermarkt en een goed restaurant. Voor meer voorzieningen moet je verder rijden. Een minpunt vonden wij dat er 's ochtends geen warm water uit de douche kwam.

Excellent authentic Spanish farm house

Very clean linens beautiful location and the village is delightful. Wonderful to listen to chickens clucking. Dogs in the distance barking from shooting in the hills cockerels crowing from surrounding farms and distant bells from goats.

Schön gelegene Finca in den Bergen

Wir hatten die Finca zu viert (2 Paare) Ende Mai/Anfang Juni gemietet gehabt. Leider gab es direkt zum Anfang ein paar Schwierigkeiten, der Vermieter spricht leider nur Spanisch, aber über die Agentur Canarirural hat es dann doch noch geklappt die Schlüsselübergabe zu organisieren. Die Verständigung vor Ort war dann zwar etwas schwierig, aber mit Händen und Füßen hat es dann irgendwie funktioniert, der Vermieter hat sich auch sehr viel mühe gegeben uns alles zu erklären, trotz der Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Ein Parkplatz für ein Auto ist im Innenhof vorhanden (jedoch sehr eng zum rein und raus fahren, jemand zum raus winken zu haben ist sehr hilfreich). Die Finca entspricht den Fotos, und Sauberkeit wird hier sehr hoch geschrieben. Leider war es etwas frisch gewesen, aber es stehen zwei mobile Heizungen zur Verfügung. Man sollte beachten, dass es oben auf dem Berg deutlich kühler ist als unten auf Meereshöhe (ca. 5-8°C Unterschied). Da ein kühler Wind ging konnten wir leider kaum den Tisch im Innenhof benutzen. Am 3. Tag wollten wir dann an einem etwas wärmeren Tag die Sonne am Pool genießen, leider mussten wir feststellen, dass im Türrahmen zum Poolbereich Bienen ein Nest gebaut hatten. Kurzerhand den Vermieter angerufen, nur 5 Minuten später stand er auch trotz kanarischem Feiertag, vor der Tür und war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hatte alles versucht die Bienen zu vertreiben. Nachdem nichts geholfen hatte, hat er die Polizei gerufen, die dann mit Kräutern versucht hat die Bienen zu vertreiben. Die nächsten Tage wurden es dann glücklicherweise weniger, so konnten wir dann wenigstens den Pool ein bisschen benutzen. Der Poolbereich ist windgeschützt und dementsprechend auch etwas wärmer als im Innenhof, auch wenn das Wasser des Pools kalt war. Im großen und ganzen waren wir super zufrieden mit dieser Finca.

Had an amazing time in Las Perez. The Finca was very authentic. Las Vegas is very rural which suited us.The neighbours were lovely and very welcoming! They brought us a home made cake and bottle of wine. We even had a musical afternoon in their home! They made our holiday special. We loved exploring the caves in the hills.We will definitely come back but for longer! Maria kept intouch which was really nice of her.s

Lovely house, perfect for walkers

Arrived here around tea-time, and met by the splendid Jose. He showed us around, helped by his faithful companion Nino. This house is so pretty, palm tree in the courtyard, crystal clear little pool, simply furnished in the country style. We intended to travel around the island, but the mountain walks from the village are quite beguiling, and this is mostly how we spent our week. Please take time to visit the small restaurant near the church. Utterly delightful host, and marvellous food. Wonderful peaceful nights and tranquil days. We loved it.

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, genossen den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Domizil entspricht genau den Fotos. Reinlichkeit wird groß geschrieben, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und SEHR hilfsbereit. Wir sind abends angekommen und er hat uns zum ortsansässigen Restaurant geführt (Besuch sehr empfehlenswert) und uns noch spät abends eine Mahlzeit organisiert. Wir konnten den Pool leider nicht nutzen, da es bei uns zu kalt war (Februar), doch im Sommer sicher der Hit! Einerseits, weil er für kleine Kinder abgesperrt ist und andererseits ist man privat abgetrennt und hat seine Ruhe (durch das Mäuerchen rundherum geschützt von Blicken) - der Garten ist auch durch ein automatisches Garagentor geschützt, das einem sehr viel Sicherheit vermittelt (wobei im Örtchen jeder die Tür offen stehen hat und man so Gelegenheit zur Begegnung hat). Das Örtchen "Las Vegas" besteht nur aus ein paar Häusern, die Hinfahrt ist problemlos zu finden. Der Anschluss an die Südautobahn für Ausflüge ist nicht weit entfernt, der Strand El Médano in der Nähe der Auffahrt, also auch nicht weit weg. "Las Vegas" ist Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, besonders der Rundgang "Las Vegas" hat wunderschöne Aussicht und ist empfehlenswert.

Nicht für mehr als 2 Erwachsene geeignet

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, genau wie auf den Fotos. Da man aber ziemlich hoch in den Bergen ist, ist es auch sehr kühl, vor allem abends. Daher würde ich das Haus eher für den Sommer empfehlen. Außerdem kommen viele kleine Mängel hinzu, in einem Schlafzimmer z.B. hängt das Fenster so komisch in der Wand, dass die kalte Luft durch einen 2Fingerbreiten Spalt reinzieht. Leider funktioniert der Warmwasserboiler nicht richtig, bzw. konnte nie mehr als 1 Person am Tag mit warmen Wasser duschen. Als wir dies beim Besitzer ansprachen, konnten dieser nicht viel machen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, aber vielleicht doch etwas zu alt, um wirklich Hilfe leisten zu können. Das Haus ist definitiv nicht für 4 Erwachsene, schon gar nicht für 5, wie es annonciert ist. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind und hatten nur einen Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung, der in einem Schlafzimmer steht. Außerdem war in der Küche kaum Lagerraum für die Lebensmittel. Vielleicht ist das Haus nur für Menschen, die nicht kochen. Es gab auch nur eine kleine Pfanne, die für 4 Erwachsene definitiv nicht ausreichte. Als wir ankamen gab es völlig kaputte Liegestühle und einen zerfetzten Sonnenschirm. Die Kleinigkeiten wie fehlende Pfanne und Liegestühle wurden vom Besitzer behoben. Ansonsten aber war es sehr sauber und die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei. Empfehlen würde ich es nur einem Pärchen, was nie kocht und nicht im Winter hinfahren möchte....

Sehr Geehte Frau Brünger: Vielen dank für alle dieses Information aber die beste wÄre dass sie hatten mir bescheid und wir können alles dieses reparieren oder machen eine Lösung Aber, dieses Häuse es ist für 5 personnen weil es gibt 2 schlaffzimmer mit wardrowe jeden schaffzimmer und ein sofa bed im salon. Alle kunden bis jezt wären sehr zufrieren und immer wir sind hier zu helfen sie und machen immer ihre Urlaubs im dieses Häuse perfekt! Aber wir mussten informieren zu mir, dass ich bin ihre kontactperson: MARIA Ich hoffe wir können hilfe Ihnen im Zukunft! Maria

Nos encanto la casa rural por su

Nos encanto la casa rural por su tranquilidad.Despues de recorrer la isla o de volver de la playa nos quedábamos en la piscina recargando pilas sin nadie ni ruido alrededor.Lo recomiendo para desconectar de ajetreo.Las noches en la casa son de ensueño disfrutando a la luz de las estrellas con poca contaminación lumínica y como tiene que ser,tomando un buen vaso de vino y de las carnes en la barbacoa.s
