Over 2,400 feet for your family to relax and spread out. Screened in porch overlooks pond and view of golfcourse; another private balcony off of master bedroom.

Includes: washer and dryer, 4 flat screen/smart TVs, gas fireplace, Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, regular coffee machine, blender, toaster, crockpot, wireless internet(no cable, internet only).
Accessible through semi-private elevator.

Note:resort passes are not required to be purchased but are required to access the pools and other amenities. They are $115 per week for ages 5 and up or $65 for three consecutive days. 24 hours notice required for ordering, $5 per pass if needed less than 7 days in advance.

Linens are not included. You will have to bring your own or rent them.

If you want additional cleaning services, the charge is $175 per visit.

We have 8 beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart, and kids beach toys available.

Upon booking a driver license will be required as well as a listing of the names of all people staying.

Smart lock keypad entry. We will provide you with your own personal key code to enter the property.

We are a pet free, non-smoking house. There is no smoking inside, on the deck, on the screened porch, in the hallway or outside the building. There is a $500 fine if you smoke or bring a pet.

Bayside Resort has live concerts at the Freeman Stage, a Health and Aquatic Center which has a heated 75 foot 5 Lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose and aerobics room and a fitness area with state of the art equipment for strength training and cardio.

Resort amenities, which a resort pass is required, include:

Sunridge pool:Sunridge is home to 2 swimming pools, one that is zero entry with fun waterfalls. It also has a hot tub, bar and a place to get food so you can relax there all day. Sunridge also has tennis, pickleball and basketball. Or bring your kids to the amazing playground.

Commons pool. The Commons pool has a kiddie pool, a free form pool and a hot tub.


Aquatic Center. The aquatic center has a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment.
