Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden lawn, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Bus stop 80 m, railway station "St Vicenç de Calders" 1.6 km, sandy beach 75 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Situated in the 2nd row from the sea, near the Coma-Ruga seafront promenade. All services within 500 m. Train line behind the house approx. 50 m and 15 m from the property wall. Sloping garden. No groups of young people allowed. Suitable for families.

Möglicherweise bessern sie nach. Fazit: Im Moment passt der nicht ganz günstige Preis zum Hauszustand

Maison vétuste

La maison est bien située, l extérieur est bien aménagé. Cependant, Les équipements sont insuffisants (couverts et ustensiles) voir défectueux, l aménagement intérieur est vétuste et pas très bien entretenu. Dommage qu il n y ait pas de climatisation et que la maison soit à proximité de la voie ferrée, les nuits sont parfois difficiles.
