Private: garden with lawn 300 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Patio (400 m2), pergola, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, WiFi. Single garage. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Manacor" 12 km, sandy beach 1 km. Great family holiday

The villa was exactly as listed - very clean. The pool and outside areas were fantastic - lots of space and perfect for a large family. Location was good - 10 minute walk to Spar supermarket (at the Caves of Drach). About 15 minutes further into the resort centre and a bigger supermarket. It says car recommended butwe managed without. There was only air conditioning in 3 of the rooms which could be a problem. The accommodation was quite dated but clean and well equipped. The only problem was they said there was a cot but it was about the size of a Moses basket. Out toddler slept on a mattress on the floor. Location was great and the neighbourhood was excellent - nice and quiet but you felt as if you could make noise if you wanted. A really enjoyable holiday!

Posto tranquillo, bellissima l'area esterna con piscina e tavolo dove mangiare. Da sistemare il soffione della doccia al piano terra e la chiusura della porta del bagno al piano superiore. se avrò occasione ci tornerò molto volentieri. Presente una TV ma non siamo riusciti a farla funzionare.

Als erstes muss ich hier loswerden das man hier nicht wie alle schreiben um die Kaution betrogen wird. Es wird lediglich die kurtaxe davon mit angerechnet was vollkommen richtig ist. Also alles in Ordnung. Die finca war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt im aussenbereich . Einziges manko sind die Türen die sollten mal erneuert werden beim schließen hat man das gefühl man hat sie gleich in der hand. Ansonsten alles top und gerne wieder

Schöne Lage, Haus im schlechten Zustand

Das Haus ist sehr alt, wurde noch nie renoviert,alle Türen quietschen und gehen schlecht zu schließen.Die Bäder total heruntergekommen, Schimmel in den Ecken,überall Kalkflecken.Es kommt kaum Wasser aus dem Duschkopf.Der Grill auf der Terrasse total verdreckt.Der Garten wäre schön groß,aber wird auch kaum gepflegt.Der Pool hat am Boden überall Dreck,lässt sich aber mit Chlortabletten alleine nicht reinigen.Die Hausbesitzerin kann kein Wort englisch u. will am Ende zuviel von der Kaution einbehal

Erwartungen an das Haus nicht erfüllt

Wir waren für 12 Tage in dem Haus. Dort angekommen waren alle Böden dreckig in den Betten waren Haare. Die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche funktionieren Backofen und Herd nicht zusammen, Sicherung fliegt raus. Nach Aufforderung das jemand kommen soll wurde uns Samstag gesagt jedoch kam nie jemand. Pool sauber Garten sehr schön, Sitz Möglichkeit draußen super. Haus von außen sehr schön. Fernseher und Radio gingen nicht. Wir werden das Haus nicht nochmal mieten.

Perfect Summer home!

We had a lovely holiday at Catalina’s house. The pool, green and bbq areas are just perfect for big groups and the kitchen is fully equipped. All beds and linens perfect and the house is spacious for a big family or group of friends

The old style villa was well located in an attractive part of Porto Cristo. The villa was generally well equipped with a good swimming pool.The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in two bedrooms when it was hot c 35 degrees. Problems raised were fixed.

Huset funkade bra, var rent och fint inne. Tyvärr en hel del myror runt möblerna ute och det fick vi bukt med själva. Kan tycka att hyresvärden skulle kollat det innan. Även diskmaskinen och garagedörren funkade inte när vi kom men vi fick snabbt hjälp och båda sakerna åtgärdades. Poolen var ren och väl underhållen.
