To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

C-Flat may not exist on the music scale, but it does exist on the fabulous Panama City Beaches. This gorgeous 6 bedroom gulf front home has 4 full and 2 half baths. It is in the much sought after Pier Park area. With over 4000 square feet of living space, this vacation home is perfect for large families. The first level houses a great room with a large, well-stocked kitchen with TWO full size refrigerators. The dining area and living room are beautifully decorated and filled with fantastic views from the many Gulf front windows. Also found on the first floor, there are two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an extra half bath, and a laundry room.
The second floor has four bedrooms and a large, beautiful family room with a half bathroom and a balcony overlooking the incredible beach views. There are two Gulf front master bedrooms along with two bedrooms on the roadside. All four bedrooms have their own vanity area and share a bathing area with one additional bedroom.
The third level is spacious and contains two double beds. This extra space is great for families with kids to share sleeping and play space.
This is truly a wonderful beach home and is only a few steps from the sugar white sands and beautiful green waters of the Gulf.

From The booking to the check in to the check out, the entire process was so easy. The staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The house was amazing and accommodated our entire family. I especially loved the large kitchen with multiple refrigerators and main floor laundry We will Be coming back to the property in the future

Best Beach House Ever!

Our family all wanted their own rooms so this was a perfect place to stay! Everyone was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the grill worked, the patio furniture made it easy to eat outside and enjoy the sunset!! The house is huge! The two refrigerators were great for our party of 11. Two huge living rooms were a bonus! One was a gaming room for our group while the main living room was used for football and puzzles! We would love to stay here again!!

Perfect location for family

We stay there every year with family and friends. The house sleeps 14 or more really comfortably! The location is 5 minute walk to pier park which allows the teenagers to go and come to shops, restaurants, movies etc. perfect for the adults to walk to dinner or go for drinks . The beach is very private bc it's in the middle of a long stretch of houses (not real close to a big hotel) . The check in office is directly across street . That makes it so easy if you ever need something fixed or looked at . We've stayed there around 8 years .. love it !!!

Not good instructions on unlocking house. Third floor smelled musty. And poor heating plus no bathroom. House needs updating. Looks like year 2000 Great location super beach

2022 Family Vacation with lots of special memories!

We had 15 adults and 3 children on our trip and there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. The house itself could use come updates and TLC but my focus was more on our family’s time together. The loft area AC wasn’t cooling and I called and within an hour someone was out to make repairs.

Overall stay was great!

Great location great home. We all would stay here again we would just bring chairs and water toys as there wasn’t any there to use. But otherwise it was definitely a great house( had we know we would have brought them) in the past we always brought them but we never needed to. Just wish we would have known. Our bad we should had clarified. Just wanted others to be aware.
