Your family will love this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home centrally located and just minutes away from London Bridge and desert trails. This home offers a warm and inviting environment for you and your family to enjoy while visiting Lake Havasu City. The spacious fenced in back yard features a beautiful pool, covered patio, BBQ grill and a fire pit with mountain and lake views. The side driveway will accommodate all your toys and provides ample space for RV parking and hookups. Open Jan-April for snowbirds, please contact us for more info.

Quiet time is 10pm to 7am. This is a family home NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Noise violations will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
If cops are called and rules violated, you will be asked to leave immediately! Fee is $50 per person per night if max overnight guests is exceeded.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great stay during Memorial Day weekend. The house was well equipped and clean. Very nice clean pool and spacious backyard. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!!

The home is very well appointed and Hugo and Gina have thought of everything! The home is very comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is amazing with the pool and sunset views!

Stunning & pristine with everything you could want! This place is simply amazing.

Beautiful outdoor backyard area landscaped and lots of comfortable seating options to enjoy the views in sunshine by the pool or in shade by the misting fan. Immaculately clean home well stocked and has everything you could need with extra touches everywhere you turn and that I would not have expected. Quickly felt like home. Great location in a quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood just 10 min. drive to the city. Everything is in tip-top condition and pristine. They have thought of everything! You can tell they care very much about the care & maintenance of their home. This is the best vacation rental experience we’ve had by far. Pool, fire pit, patio misting fan, board games, lawn games, grill, full kitchen, comfy bedrooms, plenty of space, nice TV's, lots of parking, stunning views.
