Cozy and a very clean home located in a private area with a stunning view of the city and lake. You'll find a large dining room table and a breakfast nook area to enjoy chit chat or board games. The family room is attached to the kitchen for an open and inviting feeling. The location of the property is on top of a hill and is very private. The home offers central heating and air conditioning, fully equipped laundry room, ceiling fans in all rooms and is loaded with many kitchen amenities an outdoor BBQ and free WIFI.


The master bedroom offers a Cal King bed .A large walk in shower and vanity area. The two spare bedrooms are each equipped with queen beds and 2 twin beds shared bathroom with tub, shower. The couch pulls out to a double bed in the family room, ideal for kids. The family room offers a large leather couch with a 50 inch flatscreen TV and YOUR Netflix, Hulu or Amazon using your login account. The back patio is covered with an outdoor seating of six and BBQ. The driveway is huge, very accessible and large enough to accommodate a boat, trailer or off-road vehicle.

The property itself is enclosed with a fence and gates. This home also has an exterior surveillance camera around the perimeter entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces.

With plenty of parking at the property, don’t hesitate to bring your boat along for the trip or your off-road vehicle! Make the short 5-mile drive down to the boating ramp to discover Lake Havasu’s premier waterways or venture off-roading with the many AZ trails.
Take a day to go sightseeing and visit the iconic London Bridge, that came from London to Lake Havasu, AZ. Stroll across this remarkable structure. For more outdoor fun, enjoy the sun and sand along one of Lake Havasu’s beaches, have a picnic at Sara Park or tour the area’s collection of lighthouses that replicate famous structures from the coasts. Also, recommend doing research to the “Desert Bar” for a unique adventure and a trip to Oatman, AZ (please check dates when open and travel time
