Superbe maison

Superbe maison en front de mer avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité. Très propre et fonctionnelle. Piscine parfaite pour les enfants mais pas sécurisé. Petit jardin très sympathique. Ville balnéaire mais très calme en août malgré tout. Pleins de jolie endroit à découvrir à proximité.

Objektzustand

Das Haus muss renoviert werden, Elektrik muss neu gemacht werden (fliegen die Sicherungen ständig raus). Möbel muss erneut werden. Die Betten im Obdachlosenheim sind besser. Mann hat immer Angst was anzupacken dass das nicht auseinander/kaputt geht. Das Haus ist einfach Horror für das Geld. Im Haus selber stinkt nach altem wie im Keller, manche Zimmer sind mit schwarze Schimmel befallen. Solange es noch nicht renoviert ist, besser Finger weg von lassen.

Hemos pasado una semana muy agusto en ésta casita frente al mar, con piscina! Los niños la han disfrutado mucho. Lo único que hemos hechado de menos es un toldo.

Ik verbleef er met 4 volwassenen en 4 grote kinderen van 14 jaar en ouder. Huis is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor 8 bijna volwassen mensen. Ik zou het verhuren voor max. 6 volwassenen, ook omdat er maar 1 badkamer aanwezig is. Tuin met prive zwembad aan straatkant en heeft geen privacy.
