House located in a quiet area, close to the town center.

This single-storey house also offers a garden with a terrace and private parking. <br>It consists of 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen.<br><br>Sheets and duvet covers are provided during your rental. However, remember to bring towels and tea towels (not provided).<br>The cleaning is done by you otherwise we offer you a cleaning fee of 80 euros.<br><br>The house La Libellule is located 1 km from the shops and 3.5 km from the fine sandy beaches (swimming is supervised in July and August). A bus stop is located near the house to take you to Lorient or to Guidel beach. <br>Many activities are offered at Guidel Plage or Guidel centre: surfing, jet skiing, quad biking, spa, skate park, merry-go-round, swimming pool, theatre and children's games, not to mention summer markets, restaurants...<br>The hiking trail is 30 m from the house and takes you to the beach.<br>Guidel has 110 km of hiking trails, not to mention the GR34.<br>There are also many festivals in Brittany: salmon festival in Pont Scorff in July, the 7 chapel festival in Guidel, the Interceltic festival in Lorient in August...<br><br>Guidel is well located for visiting Southern Brittany:<br>- On the Morbihan side: Erdeven 40 minutes, Carnac 45 minutes, Vannes 50 minutes, Quiberon 1 hour, La Gacilly and Rochefort en Terre 1 hour 15 minutes and also the Breton islands (Groix, Ile aux Moines, the Glénans...) <br>- On the Finistère side: there is the port of Doëlan 17 minutes away, Quimper 40 minutes away, Concarneau 40 minutes away, Riec sur Belon, Pont Aven 25 minutes away, the Pointe de Trévignon 40 minutes away, Locronan 50 minutes away, the Pointe du Raz 1h30 away...<br>
