BLUE BAY - Superbe Vue sur le Vieux Port

Blue Bay is a beautiful walk-through flat with an exterior offering 2 superb views. On the south-east side, there's a view of the Vieux Port and Notre Dame de La Garde; and on the north-west side, there's a view of the Mucem and the northern harbour of Marseille on the blue coast. To take in these views, what better way than outside on the Notre Dame and blue coast sides. Located in the centre of Marseille, it's the ideal place to enjoy the city's lifestyle.

Composition of the flat:
The flat is located on the 6ᵉ floor (with lift) of a listed building, itself set high up. As such, the views offered are unbeatable.

South-east side: a living room and open fitted kitchen, giving access to the outside loggia, a dining area as well as a double bedroom.
North-West side: a 2ᵉ double bedroom and a large bathroom offering incredible views.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel at home: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary welcome coffee capsules....

Please note that the bathroom window is at bathtub level. The flat is not suitable for children.

The Cocoonr service:

You will be given a personal welcome by someone from the Cocoonr Marseille agency, who will show you around the flat, answer your questions and hand over the keys.

Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Your bed will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Internet access (Wifi by fibre).

By staying in the "Blue Bay" accommodation you are choosing a typical district, in the 2ᵉ city of France and on the seafront. A district undergoing major change, at the crossroads of the Vieux Port district (the emblem of Marseille), the Panier district (the oldest district in France) and its typical narrow streets, the Mucem and Major esplanades which mark the renewal of Marseille and the Euro Mediterranean district and its skyscrapers, a sign of Marseille's renewed economic dynamism.

To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.

Metro: M1 Vieux-Port station is a 10-minute walk away

Marseille - A Nearly Perfect Apartment

The apartment was spacious, well layed out, and well furnished. It had a great view from the apartment balconyWe had a great time as it was located close to fantastic restaurants and shops. All within easy walking distance.I would not hesitate to stay here again.Sadly, it could have been perfect except for a few things that would be easy to fix. Basic maintenance issues.The internet was not working even after we reported the problem...if you book get them to demonstrate on arrival that the internet is definitely working. Given that we had paid for this facility it would be nice for them to give us a discount on the stay.The AC could not be adjusted below 27C and it was very hot. We live in Australia and have AC and frequently set it to 24C or 25C as Australia is very hot as well. We mentioned this and were told to just close the curtains!Finally, the kickboard below the dishwasher is catching on the door of the dishwasher when you open and close it. This is easy to fix.Don't let these issues put you off booking this wonderful apartment as it was a great place to stay in a great location. Just confirm THEY HAVE BEEN FIXED.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete und gut vorbereitete Ferienwohnung ! Die Lage im 6.OG (Fahrstuhl vorhanden !) bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf Hafen und Meer; kurze Wege ins Le Panier mit guten Restaurants , Bars etc.Nur zu empfehlen !

Kompletnie urządzona kuchnia ze zmywarką ( i dostępem do tabletek do zmywania) i ekspresem do kawy włącznie. W łazience pralko suszarka i wanna z pięknym widokiem na zatokę. Suszarka do włosów, kapsułki do prania. Nowoczesny telewizor z dostępem do aplikacji typu Netflix Prime HBO. W całym mieszkaniu klimatyzacja. Z balkonu, na którym jedliśmy śniadania, widok na stary port i wzgórze z Katedrą. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja... blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji lub środków transportu. Woda w lodówce na powitanie i niespodzianka w szafie... warto poszukać! Polecam z całego serca! 🙁 Wszystko było doskonałe!"

Noi siamo stati in inverno e il riscaldamento funziona bene. La posizione è ottimale per visitare la città . Appartement lumineux, bien situé, traversant ce qui est un atout tant pour la circulation de l'air que la double vue vers la Méditerranée d'un côté, vers le Vieux Port et ND de La Garde du côté balcon. La route côté mer est légèrement bruyante quand on aime dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, cela reste largement supportable pour cette localisation à la pointe du port."

Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir ein Baby Bett bekommen ""wenn eines verfügbar sein wird"". Es war keines verfügbar, das wurde uns erst vorort von einem Mitarbeiter gesagt, wobei es dessen Übersetzungsprogramm sagte, er konnte nur französisch und konnte uns über das Appartment nichts sagen, er sah es ebenfalls zum ersten Mal, so scheinte es. Babysessel gab es ebenfalls nicht, der Whirlpool hatte scheinbar technische Probleme und hatte scheinbar ein Leck, fing aus dem Nichts an zu laufen, der Föhn war kaputt und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war ein einziges Chaos. Jedes Mail kam auf Französisch, ich schrieb immer, bitte schickt mir eine Englische Version, da bekam ich eine google translate Mail. Auch meine Beschwerde oder Anfrage wegen dem Babybett schrieb mir chatgpt aber kein fähiger Mitarbeiter."
