Die wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Da wir cap ras seit Jahren kennen können wir nur sagen eine tolle Gegend und immer wieder gerne.

Repetimos alojamiento
Hemos repetido un año más en este alojamiento. Buen acceso a la playa, bajo nuestra opinión una de las mejores localizaciones de Llançà. En el interior del apartamento le falta algún arreglo como en el WC, las paredes y los colchones. La agencia supo responder a la demanda que surgió durante nuestras vacaciones. Repetiremos el próximo año.

Apartamento ideal para familias con niños. Localización perfecta, cerca de costa y lugares de interés. Lo unico que echo en falta es toldo o sombrilla adecuada para terraza y poder aprovechar exterior todo el dia. Ademas la carencia de wifi. Por lo demás un sobresaliente.

el apartamento está genial!!, grande, con 3 habitaciones amplias y dos baños, cocina equipada con lo mínimo necesario y sobre todo las vistas en la gran terraza. Lo mejor de todo el exterior. Y para quien conozca Cap Ras, un lugar idílico para la familia, en pareja, con o sin niños, etc...para todo el mundo. Lo recomiendo

Du bon et du moins bon
Location à améliorer: pieds parasols cassés, 1 transat cassé, vitrages pas propres, pas d' aspirateur, fenêtre sur évier cuisine ne fer pas, pas de store sur terrasse, pas de saladier, de plat à tarte, climatisatoin chambre double défaillante, pas de bac à glaçons, Machine à laver linge faisant un bruit infernal à l' essorage ( moteur d' avion...). Location bien placée, mais prestations à améliorer dans les détails.

Merci pour votre commentaire. En ce qui concerne les parasols, comme il
y a beaucoup de vent dans la région, les parasols se cassent souvent.
C'est pour cette raison, que nos collègues sur place effectuent souvent
des contrôles afin de les réparer et de les changer. Le transat qui
était cassé a été remplacé par un nouveau. Au sujet des fenêtres, si
vous n'êtes pas satisfait par le ménage effectué vous avez jusqu’à 48
heures après votre arrivée pour contacter notre service client
disponible 24/7 ou alors directement nos collègues sur place. S'il
manque certains ustensiles de cuisine comme le saladier, vous pouvez
contacter nos collègues sur place et ils vous en fourniront un. L'état
de l'air conditionné a été vérifié pour s'assurer de son bon
fonctionnement. Enfin, la machine à laver a été changée il y a peu de
temps. Malgré les inconvénients, nous serions très heureux de vous
accueillir de nouveau.

la TV, il s'agissait d'un problème commun à tout l'immeuble mais cela a
depuis été résolu. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont en fonction du nombre
d'occupants du logement. Nous espérons vivement que malgré votre
déception nous aurons la chance de vous revoir au sein de l'une de nos
locations.
