For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Très bon emplacement

Appartement très bien situé, près de la plage et proche du Centre Ville Il est spacieux, lumineux et très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses desquelles on voit la mer Au mois d'Octobre, la résidence était très calme Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir Petit bémol, il est annoncé avec la Wifi gratuite mais elle ne fonctionne pas Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de four Manquent également théière et bouilloire

Appartement très bien situé, vu sur la mer.On est à 50m de l’allée centrale pour se promener le soir , des restaurants et magasins et autres animations, tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances . Il ne manque que la climatisation c est un peu dommage car les nuits sont chaudes en Espagne

Séjour génial! Appart top!

L'appartement est grand et tout équipé. La localisation est idéal entre la plage et le centre ville. Animé, juste le nécessaire pour profiter de la soirée sur le balcon, face à la mer. La terrasse est grande pour les adeptes du bain de soleil! A l'arrivée, tout était prêt. La récupération des clés, sans soucis. En repartant, le ménage de fin de séjour est un must! Le wifi: ++ SDE +2 WC (la surprise), lave-linge, appréciable avec 2 enfants. Bémol: les serrures (portillon et porte) coincent.

Situé à 20mn à pied du centre de santa margarita et 15 minutes du centre de Roses. au calme.2 Belles terrasses agréable mais la plus grande qu´ont utilise pour manger n’a pas d’éclairage. Sinon tout a été parfait. La plage a 100m et un grand parking gratuit sur l’avenue pour ce garer. Attention les monospaces avec coffre de toit ne passe pas du à la hauteur.
