Appartement trÚs bien situé, prÚs de la plage et proche du Centre Ville Il est spacieux, lumineux et trÚs agréable avec ses 2 terrasses desquelles on voit la mer Au mois d'Octobre, la résidence était trÚs calme Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir Petit bémol, il est annoncé avec la Wifi gratuite mais elle ne fonctionne pas Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de four Manquent également théiÚre et bouilloire

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, vu sur la mer.On est Ă  50m de l’allĂ©e centrale pour se promener le soir , des restaurants et magasins et autres animations, tout est lĂ  pour passer de bonnes vacances . Il ne manque que la climatisation c est un peu dommage car les nuits sont chaudes en Espagne

L'appartement est grand et tout Ă©quipĂ©. La localisation est idĂ©al entre la plage et le centre ville. AnimĂ©, juste le nĂ©cessaire pour profiter de la soirĂ©e sur le balcon, face Ă  la mer. La terrasse est grande pour les adeptes du bain de soleil! A l'arrivĂ©e, tout Ă©tait prĂȘt. La rĂ©cupĂ©ration des clĂ©s, sans soucis. En repartant, le mĂ©nage de fin de sĂ©jour est un must! Le wifi: ++ SDE +2 WC (la surprise), lave-linge, apprĂ©ciable avec 2 enfants. BĂ©mol: les serrures (portillon et porte) coincent.

SituĂ© Ă  20mn Ă  pied du centre de santa margarita et 15 minutes du centre de Roses. au calme.2 Belles terrasses agrĂ©able mais la plus grande quÂŽont utilise pour manger n’a pas d’éclairage. Sinon tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait. La plage a 100m et un grand parking gratuit sur l’avenue pour ce garer. Attention les monospaces avec coffre de toit ne passe pas du Ă  la hauteur.
