Comfortable villa "Ma-Nita". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Extrem sauber, atemberaubender Panoramablick, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, herrlicher Pool - Luxus pur!! Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es fĂŒr die Bettdecken kulturell bedingt zum Beziehen nur Laken gibt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Jolie maison mĂȘme avec 3 couples relativement bien Ă©quipĂ© Ă  contrĂŽler 2 boutons de lumiĂšre qui faisait sauter les fusibles Ă  chaque fois et rĂ©gler les lumiĂšres extĂ©rieur automatique.Eventuellement mettre un rideau de douche Ă  la baignoire pour ne pas inonder la piĂšce.la route d’accĂšs avec d’immenses trous est Ă  refaire en urgence.Superbes vacances quand mĂȘme et au plaisir.Georges Oberson

Overall very good. Some minor issues and points that would improve the stay. Pointed these out at the office. These first points are things that we would have expected. 1. Only one bedroom made up upon arrival 2. Lack of toilet rolls on arrival 3. Light bulbs missing in one bathroom. 4. Gate key did not work and had to go back to the office to get a working one. 5. Lots of chipped china There appeared to be a lack of preparation and minor repairs and replacements that were needed to make it 5*

cette maison est trÚs agréable rénovée depuis peu. bien agencée et bien équipée seul reproche manque un peu de rangement dans les salles de bain. toutefois il serait indispensable de benéficier d une tele par satellite afin d avoir les chaines européennes ces locations etant diponibles à l internationales.calme et tranquilite sont les maitres mot de cet endroit.sans probleme je serais ravie d y retourner voiture indispensable
