It is 1.5 km to the center of Denia and 1.2 km to the nearest beach. The first shops, a LIDL market and a large consumer supermarket are 1 km away. A bar is located 200m from the house. Breakfast is also served there and in summer you can buy fresh bread and pastries in the morning and have a drink and tapas on the terrace until evening.
