La Coubre – Vacation rental for 2–4 people, 65 m², terrace, and secure parking

You have just booked your holiday at our lovely seaside resort, and we thank you for that. The 65-square-meter “La Coubre” apartment is located on Avenue de Verdun in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, on the ground floor of a large, quiet house, a 5-minute drive from Bureau Beach—the closest and most central beach in Saint-Palais, near all its shops.

The apartment
Fully renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen in the entryway (microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster)…
a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (TV, internet), a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a closet, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The terrace is covered, and parking is secure.

Linens are not included in the price but can be provided as an option (sheets, towels, kitchen linens). Quote available upon request from the concierge service Gestion et Services by S; Sarah can be reached at 06 17 40 03 04. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Wi-Fi is available; pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

Bonne adresse à Saint palais

À la recherche d’un logement pour rendre visite à la famille, le logement est spacieux, propre avec de bonnes petites attentions que l’on ne trouve pas ailleurs. À la réception très bon accueil de Nicolas. Encore merci pour sa sympathie, son attention et sa gentillesse Au final un très bon week-end autour de saint palais.
