The Anémone house with a view of Sarlat is composed on the ground floor of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker , kettle, toaster) and a separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
On the first floor, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
You can park your vehicle safely in the private garage or in the enclosed courtyard.

Piscine neuve de 5 m de diamètre. Air conditionné tout neuf très appréciable en Dordogne l’été. Maison pratique. 10-15 minutes à pied du vieux Sarlat (très utile car Sarlat ingarable)Propriétaires très gentils, très réactifs, accueil avec les lits faits et toutes les petites choses utiles qu’on adore trouver en arrivant (huile, sel, capsules nespresso, éponge, liquide vaisselle, capsules lave vaisselle…)Super!

Mooi verblijf

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad, niet alleen in een prachtige stad maar ook in een prachtige omgeving. Je kan er mooie rondritten maken en andere plaatsen bezoeken. Het centrum ligt zoals aangegeven op wandelafstand. Het verblijf ligt op een helling, je moet vanuit het centrum dus wel even stijl bergop wandelen. Ruime garage en parkeergelegenheid ervoor. Mooi terras en goed onderhouden tuin. Wij hebben in elk geval van dit verblijf genoten.

Tranquilité

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil des propriétaires. La maison est au calme d'une impasse à deux pas du centre historique de Sarlat. 3 vraies chambres: 2 chambres avec chacune un grand lit et une chambre avec deux petits lits, donc idéal pour une famille de 5. Stationnement à l'intérieur du jardin. Petit jardin agréable à l'arrière avec superbe vue du balcon. Tout était très bien et nous remercions encore nos hôtes pour leur accueil.
