Quasi parfait!

Tout est absolument parfait! A un detail pres: il n'y a pas internet dans la villa. Ce n'est pas un probleme de Wifi: la box n'est tout simplement pas reliee au reseau! Pour nous, pas de gene. Mais si vous comptez surfer voire travailler en ligne, il faut oublier.

De villa is privé gelegen met een super grote omheinde tuin met groot zwembad en heerlijk semi-overdekt terras. Er is een buiten douche en bbq. Binnen is het qua inrichting gedateerd, maar helemaal compleet van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige minpunt was het doorgelegen twee persoons matras in de master bedroom. En let op dat er buiten heel erg veel (tijger)muggen zitten wat kenmerkend is voor de regio, maar soms wel het fijn buiten zitten belemmert vanaf einde middag.

Schöne Wohlfühloase

Die Villa Calina bietet wohl keinen Meersblick, verfügt aber über eine schöne Gartenhalle, Terrasse, Pool und Garten mit Palmen. Der Innenbereich ist grosszügig ausgelegt und bietet guten Komfort. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Nicht vergessen möchte ich die Grillanlage, die für BBQ Liebhaber ideal ist.

Die Organisation war sehr gut. Da wir nach Büroschluss anreisen, bekamen wir alle Zugangsdaten per Email. Es war alles vorhanden. Das Haus entsprach auch der Beschreibung. Wir (Mutter, Tochter und Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La estancia en Casa Calina ha sido maravillosa. Unos dias de relajación máxima, comodidad y llena de paz. Es un lugar íntimo que nos ha permitido poder desconectar de la situación actual y reconectar con nosotros mismos. Totalmente recomendable y repetible.

Les extérieurs sont tops , dommage que l’intérieur soit si vieillot , Vieux fauteuils , très vieilles tentures .....dommage , bonne literie par contre . Internet catastrophique . Jardin et piscine magnifique, terrasse couverte très agréable .

Merci de votre commentaire. Nos collègues sur place nous informent avoir essayé plusieurs compagnies afin de bénéficier d'un bon Wi-Fi. La réception du signal est malheureusement problématique dans l'emplacement du logement. L'option Wi-Fi a été retiré du descriptif pour le moment. Nous nous excusons du désagrément et espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous prouver la qualité de nos services.

Confort et agrément

Mon avis de l’an dernier est encore en ligne sur votre site ! Je n'ai donc pas grand chose à ajouter sur la maison . En revanche , le bureau Interhome de Calpe ne m’a pas paru très préoccupé de régler rapidement les petits soucis des locataires ... La piscine dont l’eau était devenue verte , problème signalé le samedi soir à l’arrivée , le pisciniste n’est passé que le mardi jour normal de son intervention. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas . On m’a rapidement fait comprendre qu’y remédier ne serait pas certain . Heureusement le propriétaire , charmant , est passé prendre des affaires dans son garage et a trouvé une solution aisément le mercredi .Mais contrairement à ce qu’on m’avait dit il n’avait pas été prévenu. Bref, dans les deux cas , le bureau de Calpe avait mis de côté les problèmes .

Location particulièrement agréable et soignée

J'avais déjà dit en 2014 combien cette location nous avait séduits. En 4 ans , et malgré la construction de deux villas ultra - modernes devant la maison qui gênent peu la vue au loin, le plaisir est toujours aussi fort ( calme, maison et jardin très soignés) La seconde chambre a depuis été également climatisée ce qui augmente le confort d'occupation les nuits les plus chaudes. D'ailleurs, ce second split de climatisation fait un peu cruellement ressortir l'ancienneté du premier , par son silence ... C'est certain: si nous pouvons réserver à temps l'an prochain , nous y reviendrons ...en apportant une essoreuse à salade ( pensez aux français ! ) et en priant Interhome de bien vouloir mettre des draps aux dimensions du lit !!!

Site de location de villas ou d'appartements très clair et agréable à consulter avec plusieurs photos à l'appui. Réactivité et rapidité au niveau de la procédure de réservation. Nous avons réservé plusieurs années de suite sur le site et à chaque fois nous n'avons pas été déçu.
