Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thank you for stay with us. Before you depart please start the dish washer and put all used bath towels in the bath tub. You can leave the sheets on the bed the cleaners will take care of that.
Once you lock the door to depart the resort please send us a message or text ,letting us know you're out of the condo. We will then condo the cleaners to let me know they can come into clean.
Check out is at 10am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All travelers are responsible for any fines. PEST CONTROL comes the 2nd Friday of each month. They must be let in property (per resort rules)
No Candles allowed. No burning of any kind. No parking under the buildings if you have a truck or SUV. You are responsible for any damages.
No smoking or vaping inside or out outside of the villas. Including the front or back patios.

We had a great experience staying here. The host was incredibly accommodating when we needed to adjust our travel dates and was always quick to respond to any questions.The condo being on the top floor was a big plus—no noise from above made it especially relaxing. It’s also just about a five-minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk, which was very convenient.The location is ideal as well—centrally situated on the island and within about a 15-minute drive (or less) to just about everything.

Great beach getaway

Had a great time staying here! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Parking lots were safe and we were always able to find a spot close by. Beach access was easy, a nice walk or shuttle. The beach was beautiful!! The host provided a beach storage locker (with a wagon) to store our sandy items between beach visits, very much appreciated!! Easy communication with the host. I would definitely come back here again as well as recommend to friends.

Great trip!

We had a wonderful time on our HHI vacation. The condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. We love the location on the island and the beach was close enough and not crowded, which was great! We appreciate having a lifeguard nearby, but not too many people. The amenities in the condo were fabulous and the storage locker for beach items is a huge bonus. Thanks for some awesome memories! The host was easy to contact and checked on us several times throughout the week. No complaints from us at all!

Nicely renovated, clean condo. Short walk to beach. Various starter convenience items were provided for kitchen and bath, which was greatly appreciated. Complex is older, but seemed to be generally well maintained.

Great family trip

Our family of 4 had a great week long stay here. We have stayed on property before and enjoy it's amenities and close beach access, but this unit was new to us. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Starter items were provided and the kitchen had anything you would ever need (including kid friendly dishes which I really appreciated). There was a wagon full of sand toys provided and a closet filled with games, beach chairs, books, movies, tennis/ badminton equipment. This host truly thought of everything. He also provided lots of information prior to our arrival and checked in with us during our stay. The location was great, in building 2 right by the elevator and a quick walk to all the building's amenities. My youngest son enjoyed sitting on the deck off the master watching the alligator and turtles. I would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Family vacation

This villa was a great stay. A short walk to the beach. Close to 2 elevators. Very clean. Owner was quick to respond to any questions (especially when my daughter locked us out 😬). There is a ample supply of kitchen ware, probably more than I have in my own kitchen at home. Would definitely stay again.

Great unit

Unit was Great, recently remodeled, comfortable furniture, upscale appliances. The owners thought if everything you would need. From kitchen utensils to beach toys and a cart to take to the beach.... The indoor pool was a great option as we visited in the off season and had some chilli days. Will be my first choice when I return to Hilton Head.

Exceptional place, couldn't ask for more!

This place is amazing! The condo was so comfy and welcoming. We didn't want to leave. Everything that we could have wanted, the owner made sure to have. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have four kids. When our villa is available we often go to Hilton Head to enjoy the saltwater , the sun and the sand. I really enjoy the memories we make here. We love all the bike pass that Hilton head has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property has new title floors throughout the villa. New kitchen and new appliances.
We added new furniture and decor to give the villa a modern beach vibe. The resort has 3 pool (1 indoor pool) and nice scenic walk to the beach. the walk to the beach is about 5 minutes or you can take the free golf cart shuttle that will take you to and from the beach. The resort is close to everything and there are bike trails that go across the island.

What makes this property unique

The seasonally outdoor heated pool is a great feature. Also, the indoor amenities are pretty rare for Hilton head. We have an indoor pool, Steam room, Sauna, Hot tub, Walking and jogging track, Small arcade, Indoor pool for kids.
